"I ordered a large (30X40) canvas print. It took almost three weeks and when it arrived parts of it were so dark that the detail was completely gone....granted this is a photo of the Milky Way and is dark to begin with - but it has been printed many times at this size (never by easycanvasrprint) and the detail has never been lost.
If you send them a file make sure it is really bright - what I got back was much darker and "muddier" than what I sent.
This print was supposed to go to a gallery....instead it is going on a wall in my garage."

"This was my first time ever ordering a canvas but my mother in law recommended your company so I went ahead and ordered three 11x14 and one 16x20 of my bridal portraits to be displayed on my wedding day. The overall color and quality was great and I have zero complaints in that aspect but my 16x20 canvas was loose and made my face on my canvas sunk in. I was told by other people that it was not stretched enough and thats why it looked like that. Of course this was days before my wedding so I didn't have time to call or email the company so I displayed the canvas anyways and emailed the company afterwards and they asked for me to send in pictures of the issue. Thankfully, they did send me a brand new canvas at no charge to me and I received it quickly. I'm overall happy with the product but suggest maybe making sure the canvas is properly stretched to avoid it happening to someone else who was counting on it for a special event. "
