I had attached a png for a large canvas and they immediately discovered it was not going to be the quality I wanted or what they were used to producing. They notified me by both telephone and email that I needed to get in touch with them immediately to ensure the quality we both desired. I was able to send them the jpeg through a shared document via Google, a type they were unfamiliar with, but John quickly figured out how to open it and utilize the jpeg attached.
The family portrait is of an exceptional quality, with great attention to detail. It is 24" by 36", a size that is difficult to find in most places, but was required to capture all of the people in the photograph.
