"We ordered two large prints for our children's bedrooms. When we received them, one had a small scratch on it, and the other was off centered (canvas not centered perfectly on wooden frame), so the border of the canvas showed from the front. We sent photos as proof of the damage/imperfections, and the company was glad to send us reprints. The two reprint canvases were more off-centered than the first, so we contacted the company again. The third time we received canvases, there was still a minor scratch on one canvas, but that was all. We decided this was the best we'd get and are decently pleased with the outcome.
