"The canvas prints themselves were done well. The disappointing thing was they packaged the items using a terrible method. They took two canvas's and placed them against each other (printed sides touching) with no tissue or paper to separate. When I opened the package and separated the images, this caused damage to every print. The ink was lifted from the images where they were rubbing together. Particularly on the edges. "

"While I was trying to get my life together via Google one day (Come on, we all do it), I stumbled across Easycanvasprints in search of the "perfect" gift.
I did not realize just how pleased I would be with my purchase... The website was very easy to navigate overall. All I had to do was choose the size canvas I wanted (which was a pretty painless process considering it generated a mock canvas based on the size chosen and hung it on a picture of a wall with a couch in front of it so you could see the size of the canvas in relation to the size of the couch/wall-- Hey, it makes it easier for those of us who need a visual representation!), wait for the site to tell me if the picture was approved to use, and then BAM a few last minute alterations with color and layout and my canvas was ordered! SUPER. EASY.
What made me even happier? It was expected that my package would be delivered 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered, but it was there within a week and a half.
I will say that when I ordered it, I was skeptical about the resolution and how it would look in person, but it looks AWESOME. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from this site again, not to mention, I lucked out with a crazy discount coupon to ring in the new year so the price was significantly lower than what I expected to pay.

"I liked the actual framing and quality, but the pic was heavily pixelated. It did not show as being a lower resolution quality when I uploaded the photo. I know I have several other higher quality versions of the same pic, so was a little disappointed it arrived looking as it did. I used this as a first time, switching over from canvasondemand. Maybe this is an area of improvement for larger prints."

"I ordered 2 prints. When my order came, one of them was perfect, the other was blurry and pixelated. I emailed customer service just to let them know I was disappointed that I wasn't contacted to let me know that my picture wasn't high quality enough. They replied that if I sent a new picture, they would replace my canvas!

"I love how my canvases turned out. The only issue I had was there were a few markings on the corners. But for the price I am very pleased. It only took a few minutes to make each canvas and they shipped to my house sooner than I expected. Will order again from this company."
"1st order: 2 large canvas prints and 2 small. 3 were good with no issues, however one had black smudges on it (it was a colored print of the world with a white background, so the black smudges really showed). They replaced it with excellent customer service. Replacement canvas: exact same issue of black smudges and lines all over canvas. Replaced it again with excellent customer service. 2nd replacement canvas: finally fixed the black smudge issue, but then UPS damaged the shipment and the canvas was stretched out!!!! 3rd replacement canvas (now they have sent out 4 of the same canvas): no smudges or ups damage, but the canvas wasn't evenly stretched so there were a few minor waves in the canvas. We decided to stop while we were ahead, and call it good. Very frustrating that their quality control is atrocious, definitely not what we paid for. I would recommend going somewhere else. Good customer service though (prompt reply, courteous, helpful - but didn't quite get the job done, which is the most important part!!)"

"I have ordered a total of 4 18x24, 3 of them recently. The first was amazing. Two out of last three are really good. They were folded at the edges, not true with the first. One of them is not really stretched and puckers on the top. The edges on the front have been rubbed in mailing so they are not brown as in the photo but white on the canvas. The frame can be seen from the front, sadly. It came 2 to a box and was on sale ... So. Not sure how I would send it back. I called and customer service has truly been wonderful in going beyond my expectations and I am so excited to see the replacements. I will order again with confidence. Excellent customer service and art team!"
