It was my mistake although it would have been nice to be contacted by Easy Canvas that it would be printed dark or (quality would be low). Perhaps if Easy Canvas had the option of adjusting the quality of the picture on their end and then communicate that would be great."

I had a great idea for a Christmas present and it involved a canvas art print. After searching around, Easy Canvas Prints ended up having the best pricing for a custom sized print.
When the gift was opened and even I saw it for the first time, I could not have been more pleased. It was the perfect gift among others.
After seeing the quality, I felt that if I had paid 2 to 3 times as much, it would have still been a good deal.

"I ordered a slat print and asked that a proof be sent to me because the proof that you can see online is so small. I was sent a proof but the proof did not show the gaps between the slats. I talked with a representative before ordering.
Upon receiving the slat, I was very disappointed that the gaps in the slats were at a very bad place for the picture given. I emailed and was given a refund for the slat canvas minus the shipping charge. I appreciated that but was very disappointed that the representative on the phone did not tell me that the gaps in the slat were not at ideal positions for the picture.
I would strongly suggest that anyone purchasing a slat be very cautious and also that proofs be provided that show the gaps in the slat canvas in a big enough manner that can be easily seen."
