"I ordered my canvas over the phone with the help of a customer service representative to make sure that I was going to end up getting a nice picture as the final product. The canvas came with the shipping package top completely ripped off and then taped with packaging tape. The tape was stuck to the canvas and very hard to remove. The image on the canvas was very blurry and unattractive. When I emailed to let them know the item was unsatisfactory they would not refund the entire order requiring me to pay for the terrible shipping job. "

You all impressed me very much! After uploading my file (I shot the resolution when I was trying to turn .pdf to .jpg on my own) to fit to their specifications, Jeremy called me personally and said that the image I uploaded was very grainy. I explained to him that the image I had was too big for your upload capacity and he then told me a website that you all give to clients to upload our big files. After I uploaded the correct image to the site, Jeremy called me back to confirm that he got it and to tell me that it looks perfect and that could send me a proof to make sure I was happy. Even though all of that took a few days to coordinate, I still got my shipment faster than expected because you all wanted to make sure I got it in time. :) I feel like you all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy- and businesses like that will always have my business!

"I had tried to order my mothers 16x20 canvas through shutterfly before christmas but was told that I could not after my order due to the low pixel count on my cell phone photo. I tried everywhere and had no luck until i found your website.. (This was after Christmas) I was able to easily use the cellphone photo and get a 24x36 canvas print with the expedited shipping at a KILLER price.. (cheaper than shutterfly) When it arrived it looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I could not tell you how happy I was.
