The first canvas I bought for myself was amazing except the canvas got stretched at shipping. I called customer service immediately and was pleased that they expedited a second for no cost. I was really happy with the second sp I took the chance of ordering 5 as Christmas gifts for the family. The all came packaged together into one box. All but one was in great condition. My only complaint is the packaging. I wish the package was well enough to withstand travel. "

"Ordered two Canvas prints with 1.5" border. I did not understand what mirrored wrap meant until I received my portrait with a two headed dog on the corner. I called the customer service number and theyou totally understood where I was coming from. They were quick to offer me to reprint my portrait with only paying the shipping charge! My wife and I were excited and we took up their offer! Our reprint showed up in a very timely manner especially during the holidays. We would definitely recommend using them for anybody looking for their canvas prints!"

"Quality of the canvas print was very good especially given the price vs other companies. It was about 1/5 the price! And this was the one that had the best choices of sizes for what I needed (something square, not rectangular). It was a gift for my daughter and she liked it so much, we are preparing another one to submit! It was packaged very well and arrived before Christmas, so everything I wanted.
I did find that the color was a little more blurred/faded than I hoped, but I had purposely blurred/faded the piece for "artistic" reasons. It just seemed like it went one step more."
"I didn't get my photos until yesterday and by then my in-laws had already left town. I received 2 of my 3 shipments in time, but not all of them and I had spent a lot of money to have them before Christmas. Some of my canvas prints had strings hanging off the back of them and the canvas had to be trimmed as it was not trimmed before stapled and the bulk of canvas on the back of the prints made the pictures stand away from the wall. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service."
