"Purchased a 30x40" canvas print at what I thought was a good price, but the actual print has numerous issues:
-The canvas has numerous areas where the print is either scratched or flaked off the canvas. This is primarily on the edges of the canvas, but there are also areas within the display area itself that are simply white.
-The canvas isn't evenly wrapped around the frame. Some parts have a tight crease over the edge of the frame like they are supposed to, but other parts are not pulled taught over the edge of the frame, so there is no crease.
-One corner of the canvas has a divot/soft wrinkle where the canvas was not properly tensioned before stapling to the frame.
-Only half of the mounting hardware was installed. Instead of two clips with which to hang the canvas, only one was hammered into the frame (not remotely centered, so it is clear that there should be two, or none at all).
Two stars because the print itself is fairly crisp (looks good viewing at 3'), the price was good, turnaround time was quick, and shipping was adequate. I would NOT order from easycanvasprints.com again, nor would I recommend this merchant to anyone. Pay slightly more and enjoy your canvas from a quality printer. "

"The website was easy to use and I loved the custom-size options. Prices were amazing. The canvas frame was like particle board instead of solid pieces of wood. As of now, I cannot tell that it will make a difference in the long run. It would have been nice if the wrapped edges were a little shorter or stapled down again. They were kind of loose and hanging down on the corners. Also, 2 of our canvases had the hanger on the wrong side. Quality of the prints were wonderful. Shipping was efficient.
