"TIckets did not work to get in venue /3 days later they worked hard to find why and fix the issue right away!
Scanned and said already used -admitted an error made and worked very fast to try to have customer satisfaction !
My Tickets were fraudulent - easy seat admitted and error and took all responsibility and refunded 125 % purchase price!
Horrible horrible experience BY VENUE-easy seat customer service continued to stay in touch to the problem was addressed and resolution found !
Customer Sevice was available 24 hours a day to discuss and take for action ! Thank you Eric and Henry!!! ????

Also, received emails that I would be receiving tickets and provided a different address (since I would be out of town and it needed to be signed for). After having someone remain home, I found out that there were no tickets to ship. Poor communicationa dn overcharged. Bad experience."
