"EasySeat was great - no complaints whatsoever. I would suggest, however, that you provide info on the venue. We left 1 1/2 - 2 hours before the show and we didn't get there until an hour and a half after start (3 1/2 hr commute that generally takes 30 min - no exaggeration). We sat in the parking lot for 45 min prior to being allowed to park. We missed the opening and 30-45 min of the main set (JayZ and Beyoncé). Thanks, A-"

"I am extremely disappointed with EasySeat. I still had not gotten my etickets 2 hours before the event so I called and was put on hold 3 times, each for no less than 10 minutes, only to be told that they were "unsure that they could get them". I could not leave my house because they needed to be printed if they were even going to be sent. Finally, half an hour before the event they were sent, leaving me 25 minutes to drive there, find parking, and go inside. You could at least give customers a heads up if you are not going to be able to "acquire" the tickets...even if you are going to charge an "acquisition fee". I will not be buying from you again and I have half a mind to argue a refund. "

"I was very dissatisfied with my service from EasySeat. Upon receiving my package from EasySeat, I opened it to find the wrong tickets in the envelope, so I immediately called customer service. While speaking with the associate I 'never' once heard "I appologize" or "we''re very sorry for the mixup". I was told that I had to wait until the tickets I sent back were received by EasySeat until they could send the correct ones out. This made me very nervous that I wouldn't receive them on time before travelling so I was forced to change the shipping address. Two days later I received an email saying that they had been delivered to the original address and not the address that I had it changed to. I verified 3 times on the phone that I wanted the address changed and that they had recorded the address correctly. I don't know how they still sent it to the wrong address! Had the correct tickets not been delivered before I left, I would have missed the concert. I received no accommodation or coupon from EasySeat for their terrible service. They have done nothing to attempt to keep me as a future customer."
