"I bought several times from this store,several r4 and m3, To keep it short and to the point: they were the real deals and they shipped quickly and didn't give me any problems. I ordered the same items from several different stores, all of them let me wait again and again after I sent emails for the order status. My kids drove me nuts for these items, finally I found this store, after I placed my orders, I got an email for the tracking numbers quickly, sometimes I got the tracking # in several minutes. the delivery time is reasonable, it took 2-3 days, the shipping cost is $4.99. I recommended this place to several friends, no problems. good place to shop"
"This order is a continuous ink system for a Canon Pro 9000. It simply does not work and not designed for the 13 inch paper carriage. The ink supply lines bind up with the printer head assembly and you have to significantly modify the lid by cutting holes on it. The cartidge circuit card reset software is designed for only Epson printers and the directions are for smaller Canon printers in the 4600 series. Absolutely no replies from any of the contact references for tech support, refunds, or exchanges.
I will actively advertise to fellow photographers to avoid this store as a store staffed with nothing more than dishonest pigs looking to take your money under fraudulant conditions. Stay away from these guys. They don't deserve our business."

i noticed they updated tonight that they dont have the m3 real w/ gba in stock. why don't they email me instead of making me worry for 4 days. i would have settled for the m3 real basic package too (but they didnt update their website so i ordered the one with gba). they prolly updated after so many complaints.
i noticed if i add the m3 simply (they say not in stock on the info page; also it's discontinued) to the shopping cart, it appears to be in stock (at checkout). so it seems that the shopping cart WILL ALWAYS say everything is in stock.

"I ordered 2 items at 2 separate times and this store was fairly quick about shipment. The first thing I ordered was an M3 Lite and Passcard that worked nicely. The recent thing I ordered was an M3 Real with GBA pack. I returned the product because I didn't understand how to work it. The contact took a day to return my email and when I sent it back, I was afraid they took my money and the product. Thankfully they refunded me a week later so now I have no problems with them."

"I placed my order with this company before I read the reviews on this site. After reading some of the horror stories I was worried that I too had fallen victim to the bad service of the store after I never received a tracking number from the company. I sent two emails and never got a response. It wasn't until the third email in which I stated I was going to cancel my order and file a complaint with PayPal unless I heard from them that day did I get a response. They sent me the tracking number and stated that the tracking number emails are automatically generated. Then 30 minutes later my PayPal email account had the "automatic" tracking number email sent to it. Much to my relief the package was delivered at 5 pm last night. I ordered on the 20th and received on the 23rd. This company's main problem is with its customer service. They are very hard to reach. After I received my order I sent them an email telling them they should put a current US phone number on their website so customers with questions can get a hold of them. The Canadian number that does not work makes people feel like they got ripped off from a fake company or something. I was initially worried after my order and reading the customer complaints but my order was shipped very fast and was packaged well."
"Ordered on Saturday, had a shipping notice e-mail message by Saturday night with UPS tracking number, UPS picked it up on Monday, and it was delivered to me on Wednesday.
Automated e-mail notifications came to me as expected. Very good overall experience!"
"This is a great website with excellent customer service and very reliable shipping. I needed to get my order by Christmas Eve and they came through for me after I ordered on the Dec 21st (The Friday Before Christmas).
I had ordered 1 month before Christmas from another company. They waited almost a week and a half to tell me that they were out of stock of the items. They would not get more until after Jan 1st.
Then I wrote an email to one other company requesting that my order be received by Christmas for my children. They took my money and told me they would ship within 24-48 Hours. They of course did not, and sent me a bogus order tracking number. After several more emails explaining my situation they canceled my order and no further explanation was given. This was one of the worst experiences I have had and will be rating that particular company's rating on this website also. I would write their name on here if it didnt violate the terms of this website.
So on the 21st of December I did some reading in forums and found Echostore.com. They had some great reviews on their service, so I sent them an email explaining my situation. I was sure they were going to tell me that it was impossible to receive on time. But they responded to me within an hour and assured me that if I ordered soon I would receive my package before Christmas. They even sent me a coupon to take 5% off of this order. Within an hour of my order I received my Tracking number and received my package on Christmas Eve. WOW. My kids just woke up and are playing their Nintendo's as I type this. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ECHOSTORE!

"I sent an email and received a confirmation from a person named Nancy that the R4DS was instock on December 17, 2007.
As a result I put an order in seconds after I received confirmation. However I've come to learn that their tracking website does not update whatsoever.
I've sent an email daily asking for status and have not had a reply. As a test to see if their email was working properly and that there was somebody on the actual end reading it, I sent an email asking if they had a particular item instock and received an email right away that the item was instock.
So their email does work, however it appears that they do not respond to inquiries on orders already placed. Talk about feeling jipped, unbelievably the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
The number they do have on their website is disconnected. A tell tale sign, BUYER BEWARE! At the end of business day on Monday if I do not hear a response I will ask for a full refund. If they do not respond, I will have to contest via paypal, you technically have 20 days after the transaction to contest via paypal.
As a precautionary measure if you decide to purchase from this vendor so you have a fighting chance of either receiving your order or getting a refund back.

I ordered two R4's and paid in full (with AIR shipping) via PayPal, received my order confirmation and NOTHING else.
I have emailed them almost daily to find out the status since their status page does not work and have yet to receive so much as a "hey thanks for the money not beat it" from them.
NOW I read a review on here from someone that ordered after me and recieved their RS4 already!!!
