"I placed 9 orders from this echostore, the shipping is fast, normally i got my orders in 1-4 days, every time I got an order confirmation email after i placed an order and a tracking # was sent to me by email after they ship my order. Very Satisfied!! Every time I check their website for the availablity before I place an order. I was told "Availability: Usually ships the same business day" means the item i want to order is in stock.

"I have had no response from customer service, even though I have emailed them with questions twice. Several times I attempted to reach them using the phone number provided for the Canadian store, but I received a message stating the call could not be completed as dialed.

Dis-satisfaction with this is an understatement.

"I tried to oder an R4 from this site. I ordered it on Aug. 4th and received an email saying it had shipped Aug. 8th. I waited until Aug 17th, but nothing had arrived so I sent an email to them and got the same generic reply that apparently everyone is getting about it being out of stock. I emailed them to cancel the order on the 18th and again on the 22nd. No response and no credit to my paypal account. I opened a dispute with paypal on the 26th and received a refund the next day.

This place has really bad customer service....I wanted to use dealextreme, but they were out of stock as well. I eventually went with gameyeeeah. They were a little bit more expensive, but they had excellent communication about my order and I received it in 4 days.

"4 months ago I ordered a SuperCrad adapter for my Grandsons gameboy. It came within a few days and was great, so great I ordered another for my Grandaughter. Oh Oh...wrong item shipped, no answer on the phone, and the wierd reply about R4 being out of stock to my emails (3). I didn't order an R4, don't want an R4 but I would like them to actually ship what I ordered.

"Last month I bought a wiikey and it was ok. But now I bought other wiikey and I don't know where it is and when I send them an email they answer me this:

R4 is out of stock and we are not sure when we will get it back in stock.

"Like many of the other posters I ordered an R4 from this website. They ignored my e-mails for nearly a week before sending me a shipping confirmation number. Another week later I had not received my package and complained threatening Better Business Bureau intervention. They probably refunded my order and, without apologizing, told me that they never shipped my item (despite my tracking number) and that they would not be filling my order. Total crap."

"Overall shopping with Echostore was a very poor experience. I ordered the item on August 3, I received a shipping notification of August 8. In between these dates I emailed their customer service asking about the status of my order--they never replied. On August 14, I had yet to receive the item (there site states that items are shipped from Chicago via priority mail). I emailed them again expressing my concerns and received no reply. I filed a complaint via PayPal. I received a refund the same day and an explanation that they had ran out of stock a couldn't fill my order --although they confirmed my order, charged my PayPal account, and sent my a shipping notification w/a tracking number. Horrible all-around. "

"I ordered 4 R4 cartridges from them on August 7th and like the poster below me, they have given me no information whatsoever on the status of this order. I've emailed them a total of three times to different departments and have gotten no response. Their site currently says that the R4 is sold out so I suspect that they are out of stock, but a confirmation of that would be nice. They also did charge me immediately after the order, but as of right now, the money that was charged was returned to my account and there is no record of this order on my bank account transactions page. It seems like that they have cancelled my order without telling me, but I will wait a couple days and try to confirm all of this with a few phone calls. "

"I placed an order for a r4 on August 8th and still haven't received any information about when it will be shipped. They billed me very quickly. I tried to call their U.S. number privided by another person who left a comment below but didn't manage to get in contact with anyone. I sent 3 emails to their customer representative email address, 1 email to their sales representative address, and 1 to their wholesale email address but haven't heard from any of them yet.

I only placed an order here because this site gave it an okay rating, and the r4 was pretty cheap there. I regretted not using another merchant. I will definitely not shop here again

"*UPDATE*

I still have not received the product. I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau last night Aug 20th. I told them I was going to do this and all I get from them now is emails saying this

I didnt even order that. The owner doesn't even know English very well. In emails he doesn't even use his real name but an English name , George. Anyone wants info on this guy contact me if you want. I checked BBB website he has two complaints already filed against him. Also he already broke the law with me by not delivering the product in 10 days. According to BBB by law they have 10 days to delivery a product if there website says 10 days then the business has to have the product to the customer by 10 days.






I order a M3 DS Simply and I am still waiting for it. the date today as I am typing this is Aug 10, 2007. They didn't send any kind of tracking number there emails are short and vague.

Like what the hell?? Bad communication and service on there part. I better get the product or else! Not mention they were out of stock on there website or in any emails until the very last one is very very bad business ethics.

"I ordered a R4 for DS on 6/26/07 with standard shipping, and they shipped it the same day via Priority Mail. I got it on 6/28/07 and it works great!

"I ordered an r4ds on thursday June 21st and it was on my doorstep the following monday. It was ordered with USPS priority mail which was their lowest end shipping option @ 4.99 -- same as newegg and cheaper than amazon. Excellent service with zero problems, don't hesitate to buy from these guys!"
