"I started with Eclipse cycling over the winter in order to have kits for spring. To fulfill the order they sent me to their sister company, Purple Moon. i ordered and waited. My order was lost in customs. In MayI was told to give it 3 more weeks because customs can get backlogged.By the time I waited for it to clear customs, I had missed paypals moneyback period.(I had not realized it was only 45 days). In order for the USPS to give me the insurance, Purple Mooon/Eclipse have to be the ones to initiate the search. I have been trying through facebook, their online contact forms, and emails to get a hold of them since May. It is now August and they have still not replied to a single message. This is ridiculous. Their customer service is truly horrible. Do not do business with them. They will not help if there are any problems with the order.

"Ordered team jerseys through Eclipse Cycling more than 5 weeks before a fundraising bike ride (and after the design had been finalized with them), and heard nothing from them once the order was taken (and billed!). After repeated notes to them asking for a status of the order, I was told they didn't know, but that they would ask the plant manager, and that they would advise me before shipping to see if I wanted to cancel the order. On the 20th, without advance notice, I was sent a shipping confirmation, and as of this morning, the 28th, and the start of the bike ride, still no jersey's (did get notification they made it to NY today, where they are of no use to us.
Told Eclipse Cycling that I was unhappy, and wanted my money back, and they said that I had to refuse the delivery, whenever it actually gets here, and that they would eventually process a refund.
Don't believe their time frames for printing and delivery; better yet, find a domestic source that won't leave you hanging, and then want you to send back the items before they will give you your money back!"

"I had a great experience with Max and Eclipse Cycling. After placing a small test order and being impressed with the quality and speed with which Eclipse delivers their products, I placed a larger, very time-sensitive order with Max. Communication with Eclipse can be a little bit slower than other companies, which was a concern because I knew I'd have to hit the "best case" delivery estimates in order to have our kit on time for our event, but Max assured me the jerseys would be ready in time.
True to his word, Eclipsed produced our complicated design flawlessly, and delivered them a week earlier than his estimate! As a result, we had our fully custom kit a full two weeks before the event.
Eclipse is a great resource. You couldn't walk into a store and pay 2x this level of quality, and even then you're stuck wearing some company logo, when you could be wearing your own design. Highly recommended.
