"Terrible company. I ordered a Sharp LED 46". It arrived with the WRONG TV stand. I called to correct the situation. They said it would take about a MONTH to send me the right one. Yes a MONTH!!!!! Anyway that was about 3 months ago and still no TV stand. So I have this nice $1100.00 TV sitting in the box in my living room. I've called over and over again. They either tell me its on the way or to call back tomarrow and speak to some guy named Henry who is never there when I call. They even tried to sell me a wall mount instead of giving me what I paid my good hard earned money for. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! "

7th July – shipment
8th July – I’ve got it, the box didn’t look like a new one, I was wondering… I checked the TV and it had scratches, the foil was put on again and as I tried to remove it the glue was sticking on the frame. The stand was already mounted and at the back you could see that the screws where used for hanging.
This TV was NOT NEW!!!
I called them and complaint but this guy Henry, I know him as well from the phone told me, of cause it is used but the price is good! I said I ordered a new one and not a used one… so he told me to sent it back and I will get the money back (it is 27th of Aug. there is no money back so far!
12th July after the weekend they picked the TV up, I sent it back.
14th July I requested my money and ask for a mail – They didn’t reply
20th July I mailed them – No reply
21st July I called them talked to HENRY – he told me I get the money back within 7 days
30th July No money on the account – I called again, answr: the money will be there in 2 days
4th Aug Still no money – called again, talked to Elliot answr: the money will be back in 4 days… I’ve requested a confirmation mail but I never got one!
19th Aug I came back from vacation thought the money should be on the account – NOPE, called Customer Service, Michael told me he will check on this, never called back!
20th Aug. I called Elliot, he said he is checking and I should hang on the phone, after 8 minutes nothing happened (they just dropped my line to death end) I called again and he told me I get a confirmation mail on Monday – no call!
24th Aug called Elliot againhe told me he will take a look for my order and put me on hold -> guess what? Death end after 7 minutes, I called again, Brian picked up – I told I want to speak to Elliot he said sure and transferred me into on hold and there was no respond anymore…
15minutes later I called Henry his extension is #1750, he told me the money is on the way should be on my account on Wednesday…
GUESS WHAT?
Today
27th Aug I will write this in every Blogg in the internet… do not buy at this FRAUD COMPANY… I will go to the police!
The good thing, all telephone calls are recorded and I will bring them to court – if I do not get my money back… MMUUUUHHHAAAA!!!

"I hadn't read any reviews on this company prior to placing my order. This is funny because I went right to the internet to Google reviews on them immediately after I confirmed my order. I was not surprised at what I was reading but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. First, if you place your order on-line you will get one total. Then you will receive an email stating you need to call and confirm your order due to the dollar amount. Ok, sounds good. They will then try to sell you additional items which I didn't need as I already had the HDMI cables. They really push the extended warranty and tried to tell me the manufacturer one is only 90 days. I called the sales person out on this stating this is not what is posted on your web-site. He fumbled a little and then said its 90 days labor and 1 year parts. This is still incorrect because the manufacturer’s web-site states 1 year parts and labor. After his failed attempts to make additional revenue for the company he then informs me there is an additional charge for insurance to the tune of $200. Again, the price seemed really good and knew what I wanted so I agreed, even though on their web-site it has the statement all orders are shipped with insurance but fails to mention this is additional. So after waiting 48 hours my order still showed confirmed and no tracking information. I checked my credit card and no amount had been zapped from my available. At this point I checked the internet prices again; I found it for $140 more at Crutchfield. After reading more I discovered for $140 I would get a free 3D Blu-ray player, 3D movie, 4 pairs of 3D glasses and free shipping with no hidden fees. At Ednashworld I would only be getting the TV and 3D Blu-ray player, no movie and no glasses. The best price I had found for a pair of this model of 3D glasses was $149 a pair. So you do the math. Just because it seems like a good deal it may not. So I ordered it from Crutchfield had email confirmation right away and shipping confirmation / tracking information the next day and it will be here in 5-7 days instead of whenever they get to it. Immediately after I called Ednashworld and cancelled my order. They asked why I told them they had hidden fees and I found a better deal somewhere else. He cancelled it and didn’t seem to care, that will be the last time I order from them. If you're wondering what I ended up getting it would be the following:
Samsung PN63C8000 (63" 3D plasma)
Samsung BD-C5900 (3D Blu-ray player)
Two pairs of SSG-P2100AB 3D glasses
Samsung 3D starter kit which includes (3D Blu-ray Monster vs. Aliens and an additional 2 pairs of SSG-P2100AB 3D glasses for a total of four pairs)

All of this for under $3500 including freight , no one locally could even come close to this price. So my advice would be stay away but if you decide to give them a try consider yourself warned.

"A TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY!... This is the worst company ever. DO NOT FALL IN THIS TRAP OF CHEAPER PRICES!...

On August 2th they sent me a mail message in which they require a verbal confirmation of my order to prevent fraud!. I call to the company's phone number ***-***-****, extension 1750 and a custmomer service named "Henry" took all my information for verification.

I payed in full this same day August 2nd by doing a wire transfer directly from my Bank to this account # 733865364 with Routing # 021000021. The name of Bank is: JP Morgan chase. Address: 1501 Ave M, Brooklyn, NY 11230. Amount of the wire transfer was $2665.44.

By August 6th I sent an email to EdnashWorld (****@****) to see if someone can give me an update of the status of the order because I see the order in the same status as "Being Picked WH1"; and "Henry" the customer service from EdnashWorld told me they received the wire transfer and package was supposed to being picked on Monday August 9th.

By August 10th I verfied the status of the order online and it was on the same state. I called EdnashWord to cancel this order because I'm affraid this is a fraud. Someone from EdnashWorld sales department told me "No way Jose" because order is already shipped. So, when I ask for a tracking number they refused to give it to me and put the excuse "I will send tracking number tomorrow".

I decided to find reviews and opinions from customers who bought before from this company. And what I found its that this company is totally a fraud. Most complains are that when you place an order for a NEW item; what they do it's they send a refurbished or an opened and used item. By today is date I didn't received anything; plus I called Henry on August 12 during the evening and all I got was a voice mail. I leave a voicemail message and let him know that if I received an used/refurbished item then I will not going sign the shipping papers from the carrier (FedEx, or UPS or any other carrier) so that the carrier have to returned the item; plus I will open a new dispute to my Bank for FULL REFUND of my money due to a fraud made by EdnashWorld. I payed for a NEW/UNOPENED Item; not an used/refurbished one.

I called EdnashWorld on on August 15th and some one from customer's service told me that the item
has not been shipped yet. I called again this same day around 5:45pm and tried to talk with Henry but
all I got its the voicemail. I leave a voicemail explaining to cancel the order IMMEDIATLY because the order has not been shipped yet and what they are doing it;s lying on customers.

I called on August 19th to check the status of the cancellation and "Henry" told me they are going to refund the money minus shipping and handling ($496). I told him "That's impossible because the item has never been shipped. Henry argued that item was shipped and he can't refund unless he gets back the item from the freight company.

I was very upset and I claimed for the name of the company and tracking number. He gives the the Freight company name "AM Trucking" and the tracking number "H25579".

I called AM trucking and the customer service who attended me told me "This tracking number is not on the system" Also they checked for my name, address and phone number and NO DATA WAS FOUND"

EdnashWorld wants to STEAL ME $496 of shipping charges for something that NEVER HAS BEEN SHIPPED!.

I request FULL REFUND for this. Also I opened a claim with NJ Customers Affairs. Lets see what will happen!...

SO, DO NO BUY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!!!......

"I sent an email to ask if a product was in stock. I received an email the next day saying yes so I ordered the product. After three days and no shipment update I emailed about the order. I was then told that they no longer had the item in stock. What a waste of time. Do not use this company!"

"Ordered a Samsung 46" led television. Had 8% shipping insurance on the bottom line. They delivered a used, damaged tv. The frame around the screen was not attached at the top, and there were dents and scrape marks on the back to the set. I called and spoke with Elliot and then Henry. Henry tried to tell me that ll tv's are like that and the frame will come off. her offered to replace the frame or give me $250.00 off the bill. I wanted a new tv. That is what I ordered. After a few days, Henry agreed to send a set to exchange for this one. I will wait and see what happens today with the "new" tv comes. Oh, by the way, the model number is UN46B6000VF. Ther serial number of the damaged, used tv they sent me is AZ1H3CNS400742A. If I get another used tv today, it will go back and I will contact VISA."

"After comparing proces across the internet I purchased a 55 inch Samsung LCD television from Ed Nash World. I placed my order with Brian. Through the entire process I was treated professionally. I was aware of the cost of shipping and also aware that there would also be an shipping insurance charge. The television arrived in excellent condition and with-in the time frame quoted. I found the shipping and tracking system to be very efficient. The television works perfectly at this time (4 days). Thank you Brian and thank you Ed Nash World."

"very dissatisfied. wish i would have read the reviews before buying. bought a samsung 50b550 tv. specifically asked if this was a new tv and i was assured it wasnt refurbished. took a long time to receive any form of confirmation after paying. after being shipped found that pieces were missing and there were scratches and permanent smudges all over it. called samsung and they said it was purchased awhile back. called ednashworld and was told there would be no refund since i signed for the shipping...the shipping company did a great job thats what i was signing for. i spoke with Henry many times and it was a marathon. i sent pics of the damage as well. this is fraud. told me if i wanted the tv returned i would have to pay shipping charges of $160 some dollars. was tired of dealing with them and finally gave me $200 refund...but in return i got a refurbished tv...not satisfied. do not buy from this company!!!1"

"Ed Nash wants to sell you trash and keep your cash.

I wish I would have found this site before purchasing from Ed Nash World that’s for sure! Looking back I shouldn't have done business with someone that adds shipping insurance after the fact. I only found out about that after the extended warranty call.

When the TV arrived I noticed metal staples sealing the box the tape seal was broken and the box was re-banded. When I inspected the TV there were fingerprints on the screen clearly a used Item so I refused delivery. I talked with Henry and he personally assured me that he was going to ship a new TV. WRONG! It was the same TV they didn't even remove the special tape I used to send it back.

Now it's a battle and I have to go through VISA to get my money refunded. Ed Nash wants to sell you trash and keep your cash.

"I orderd my tv on the 13th of april. was told delivery would be on the 21st. I recieved a call that morning informing me that my tv would be here by Friday the 23rd. No big deal. I recieved my tv at 11:am Friday just as expected. Upon inspection of the t.v. I could come to no other conclusion that this t.v. was BRAND NEW. No screws missing no cracks or scratches, it was just as advertised. Thanks ednashworld.com YOU ROCK! Don't believe all the haters. They did a great job with my order and customer service helped me with evedrthing I needed to know along the way. Just a satisfied customer wanting to set the record straight on this company. The 8% insurance fee is real but the way I see it is that if I were to go buy the same t.v. at a local store I would pay more than that in sales tax anyway. The super cheap prices at ednash can actually save you money in that regard. ;)"

"They sold me a refurbished Samsung TV on 01/22/2010 as a new one. In the beginning of April TV started malfunctioning and I opened a repair ticket at Samsung. That is when I learned that my TV had been refurbished and resold. I want to return it, but they are telling me that they do not accept returns. They also told me (I quote): Can you prove that you were buying a new TV? Does it say anywhere it is a new one?"

"I found an amazing deal for a 2009 Samsung 55inch LED. Their price blew everyone AWAY. I ordered my tv on a Sunday afternoon and kept my fingers crossed it would show up in time for my tv installer- I was getting it installed over my fireplace. I watched the tracking CLOSELY. I didn't think it was going to happen. Well my tv showed up Friday morning to meet my installer. The guy who took my order was really nice. I would definatley use them again. I can hardly wait to get the new 3-D tv!

"Apparently "ships within 24 to 48 hours" translates into "we'll ship it when we're good and damn ready", because I ordered a Samsung 52" TV on Feb 28, and it still hasn't arrived yet a month later. The only thing they can tell me is that it's "somewhere in San Antonio." And I've had to call them 5 different times just to get it shipped that far. I guess this is their idea of good customer service. They also sent me a tracking number that doesn't work. When I sent an email about that problem, their only response was "works for me, try it again." Thanks for nothin pal. I obivously tried it several times with no success or I wouldn't have contacted you about it.

This has been the worst online buying experience I've ever encountered, and that's saying a lot. Not a thing their website promised was accurate. Even the price changed after I ordered it. It was still cheaper than the competition, but changing the price like that is shady business practice. If my TV isn't here by Monday, I'm calling to cancel this order. And if it does arrive, I'm inspecting every last inch of it to make sure it's not a refurbished TV. I won't be holding my breath.

Don't waste your time and money with ednashworld. ednashworld sucks. I'm thouroughly convinced that anyone who gives this company a good rating has to be an employee/manager who's trying to keep his job.
