"I will have to say that I have used Edge Micro for the past 2 years with very little problem other than being a little slow which I didn't care too much about. I now will have to reverse that thought and say that Edge Micro is the WORST!!! computer parts company on the planet. My past 3 orders are still waiting for motherboards. I did call them on their direct line 3 weeks ago and got a hold of them to change the order to a motherboard that they were carrying because the one I order had been dropped from the list. I was told that they would up the shipping to ups 3day and it should be out to me right way will its 3 weeks later and still no parts. I put the entire order in 2 months ago and "recieved" everything but the motherboards. I say "recieved" because even some of the parts that I ordered were not the ones that I recieved. The CPU fan that I recieved wasn't the right model and was a crappy fan barely good enough for P75 let alone a Athlon 1.3ghz processor. The mouse was not the mouse I order but didn't care too much about that. I have since tried to contact them to just cancel the rest of the order but can't get a hold of them at all. They NEVER EVER answer email. The direct number now just rings and rings and never picks up the 800# still doesn't work. My customers are wanting to know where their parts are and now I have to tell them to contact their credit card companies and dispute the claim. Then go to a local contact and pickup the missing parts for a little extra charge but trust me it is worth it. DON'T let the FREE UPS ground shipping fool you. Its not worth it. Better to pay a little for shipping and get the product than to pay nothing for shipping and possibly never see the product or get it 2 to 4 months later. As for returns I have not had any problems getting them to except returning products but it take 2 or 3 months to recieve the replacement which is just flat out not right. The Bible says you reap what you sow. I would hate to see what this company is reaping because I know what they are sowing. Also anyone out there that has been had by this company please submit a complaint to the IFCC maybe if enough people complain something will get done about it.

They never answered one of my emails. I am not even going to bother to sent it back. By the sounds of the comments here, it would be a waste of postage and time.

"Purchased $105.60 of PC100 memory. Credit card was debited immediately and I recieved memory two weeks later. Installed and didn't work. Called tech support after many busy signals and on hold for long time. Technician was rude and snide. Said send back only after E-mail that give me authorization. Recieved in about five days. After three weeks I called and called and sent numerous e-mails but to no avail. Edgemicro was not to be found even with FBI. Been about one month and a half and still no luck and still no credit back for $105.60. Only three words of advise for anyone considering edgemicro. RUN FOREST! RUN!"
"This has to be the most pitiful excuse for a business that I have seen in recent memory. They should and will be driven out of business as soon as possible. I hope that my rating will drive their overall rating as close to zero as possible. Not that anyone with half a brain would make a purchase from these fools having knowledge of this forum. Only the unsuspecting will remain vulnerable to their incompetancy and illegal business practices.
I won't repeat that which has already been stated by others. The total lack of customer service, unanswered emails, perpetually busy phone, etc.
The bottom line is they took nearly a month to deliver "part" of my order, I've yet to receive the balance of the order or a refund. Luckily it's a small amount, but that's not the issue. Their lack of action and disrespect for the customer will be avenged. No matter how many times they change their company name. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. In fact, they are so pitiful, I almost feel sorry for them."

This company sucks you know what. I ordered 2 pc100 128mb sodimm's and they suprisingly were shipped the next day! But this is where the fun begins. Ups takes 6 days for it to get from oregon to MO. Newegg gets it here in 36 hours without paying for the 2 day shipping! It just sat in salina, KS for 2 days. Well anyway the ram is cramp and didn't work. Requested RMA # and got in in a day, this is suprising! Sent it off around the end of July, been so long I really could tell you what date. well it is now 60 days later and no credit back to my cc. "These people are truly unbelievable. They never showed a record of the order on the website. They did, however, send me an email with a billing statement in it which suggests to me that they plan to charge my card regardless of their ability to track the order. I notified them of cancellation, and I called my credit card company to notify them of the problem. The credit card company will dispute the charge with them (Amex is good about handling this sort of thing for their customers). Their toll-free number is broken, and their non-toll-free number is constantly busy. Don't do it. Don't buy from these people."
