"BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 2/28 for a delivery on 3/1. The order total was $124.97 and the order said that it had to be shipped via Fed Ex even though we have a local Edible Arrangements. It didn't make sense to me but I was in a pinch and had to place the order. The order was set up to be delivered to an Elementary School and was actually delivered to the loading dock at the district that was unmanned at the time of delivery so the order was placed on the ground, not signed for, and not found until the end of the day that it was delivered. So instead of the order being delivered to the office of the Elementary School that was requested on the order so that my Niece could receive her gift from us it was found at the end of the day and to top it off there was never a card put on the order our Niece didn't even know that it was us that sent her the gift. This was such a waste of money and a big disappointment. Today I called the Customer Service line to express my concerns and to ask for rectification and the rep told me that because the order was shipped via Fed Ex nothing could be done regarding the order. So much for Customer Service. Steer clear of this company. There are several of other companies to order from out there. I wish I would have chosen another. "

"I placed an order with the Mt. prospect, IL store and they gave my order to the Deerfield, IL store. I ordered the Gobble Gobble Platter for Thanksgiving and when the arrangement was delivered it looked nothing like the picture online.
The arrangement was in an unattractive foil pan and looked very skimpy!
I also contacted your Corporate Office and have not heard back from them.

"I ordered a large get well arrangement. It was delivered today. She sent me a picture and said how much she liked it. But I was thoroughly unhappy with the results. Although it had the right fruit in it it really did not look like the picture on the website. It looks totally unprofessionally arranged. Even the melon balls were cut half hazard. It looked very sparse. I’m so glad I ordered the large and paid all that money because the small would have probably been worse. I think I will just chalk it up to whoever made that arrangement had no idea what they were doing."
"Y’all delivered my gift and didn’t let no one know at the address and just left it there in the rain! Once I found it the next day, animals ate all the fruit & the rest was full of water. Now no one can get in contact with an employee by phone. Went to store, was told a replacement would be delivered on Monday. Which Monday was YESTERDAY! Who thought it was good idea to deliver a fruit basket & leave it outside?? What sense does that make?? This is ridiculous!!"

"Beware this company does not bother to notify you if they are unable to deliver product. Worse company ever. My 96 year old mother waited by the door an entire day waiting for the delivery to be made. I called the morning of delivery for confirmation and wasn’t told they had no one to deliver flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. I will never purchased anything again from the store"
"I specifically asked for the order to be delivered after 6pm because that’s when my boyfriend would be home to receive his surprise. They wrote a note in the order but whoever did the order couldn’t read because they delivered the order at 12 noon!!! I am so furious beyond words!! "My flowers were dead the following day in the morning. It was a gift from my daughter. I don't know how much she paid for my gift, but I'm sure it was not cheap. She needs to be refunded. "Back on 1/4/2021 a birthday arrangement was delivered in the afternoon to my uncle in Alexandria, VA. Less than 24 hours after delivery they went to eat some more of the fruit and discovered mold. After calling the store 1640 King Street with no success and corporate office stating I would get a call back within 48 hours. No call back! Never ordering one again! Ned new management!!"
