"I ordered a fruit and cheesecake treat for my husband for our anniversary. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be. It was beautiful and beyond delicious, as we are both big cheesecake lovers. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite, he was helpful and we were very pleased with everything! "I made an order on 8/7 online from edible arrangements and it was to be delivered on 8/8. The package came today 8/10 delivered by FedEx after 10:30 and the results are attached in pictures. Disgusting and I am ashamed this is what my mother received after her birthday due to late delivery.
I should of been called and notified of the delay sat and other arrangements could of been made for alternative pickup. There is no excuse for this type of issue to occur. When I got a hold or Corporate they refunded me and offered $6 off my next order than $10 after calling all morning.

They delivered it the next day and said tough crap That's what you get? I don't do business like that and I'm surprised they're still in business Yes good fruit but crap service. So an 80 year old woman can enjoy by herself. They made me look like crap and they look like incompetent stupid crap!

I bought a arrangement for my friend But this company let the fruits in her neighbor porch melting because it’s summer time... total my friend recibe a piece of garbage next day by her neighbor... when I contact the company after past one hour in the phone the men who answer never apologize but in rude way he said that they bring the fruits next day... again my friend don’t recibe nothing... I called the company and they said that they would give me the money back.... but three day after they don’t give me nothing... I call back to the company and after I waiting on the phone for one hour they hang up the phone.... THE WORST COMPANY!!!!"
"I ordered a basket and requested that the company call me if the recipient was not home to receive the perishable items. The delivery person left the fruit basket outside in the Florida sunshine without any attempt to contact me / or the recipient. The fruit was completely destroyed and ruined due to the elements. I called customer service and have not heard back. I am disappointed and very upset by this company's poor follow through. "

"My experience with Edible Arrangements & their customer service team has been horrible. I placed an online order $85.21 for my Mom for Easter 10th April 2020 via internet as I live in Australia. I received NO email confirmation whatsoever & no receipt. As it was closed there due to the overseas time frame, I called the next morning the next morning to make sure they got my order. They advised they had not received it so I made another order over the phone. I got an immediate receipt and email confirmation thereafter. So come to find out, my credit card was charged for BOTH orders. I have emailed customer service & rang them a few times now. They said that my mom received both orders so there will be no refund. My mom only received one order. They have yet to refund me or even offer me a credit for another order. It is a shame as she really liked the product but I cannot give my business or refer anyone else to a company that doesn't do the right thing. This was a lot of money for them to double dip on & very disappointing. Why would I make two orders for the same thing! I gave them almost two months to sort this out before writing a review."
