"I placed my order Monday for delivery Saturday. Track order never updated as if 3:30 Saturday afternoon so I called the store and the lady put me on hold and came back to say they were about to arrange it as we speak. It’s now 11pm and still no delivery. I think it’s safe to say it’s not going to be. What a joke of a company. I will never use edible arrangements again"
"This place is a joke they promise to delivery at 5pm to my wife no later than that not only did my wife did not received her Valentine’s gift the delivery guy called at 7:35 stated that he’s there my wife told him her job closes at 6 he told my wife that he was aware it was a business when I put in the order I literally told them it’s a business so the delivery guy decided to redelivery my wife’s gift today without calling her and informing my wife he was redelivering it my wife happened to tracked the order it said it was delivered so my wife called him he told my wife he had already delivered it and handed it to the lady not only was he rude he delivered it to the wrong house and did not say sorry he told my wife he will turn back around and go back to the house he delivered it to I happened to be outside since he delivered to the wrong house the neighbors threw it away I see the delivery guy trying to take the edible arrangements out of the garage can to give it to me not only was a mad but what kind of service is this this is bull **** no customer service at all no apologies at all I inform the guy I would like a refund or they will have to make me a new one the manager called my wife no apologies at all and stated that they will refund me I will never order from edible arrangements again worst service ever "
"Ordered a gift for my son and his family. Got charged for it but arrangement was never delivered. Tried to contact the local store and their phone just hangs up after one ring. Sent 3 emails and no replies. Called 800 number for customer service and stayed on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever picked up the call. Terrible customer service. I just want my money back but can't contact anyone. "
"Delivered my wifes Valentine's gift at 8:30 p.m. on Valentine's Day. We couldnt even go to the dinner I planned because we were waiting on them to deliver the gift. Tried to call and the phone was off the hook and couldnt get in touch with them to find out what was going on! I will never use them again. "Very unhappy with store 541. What was received did not look like what I ordered. Very little chocolate on the strawberries and it looked like it was thrown together. Then when I tried to send the store an email my order number copied from their email cannot be found. They used to do a great job but it is obvious that has changed. Do not waste your money like I did."

"Kept seeing ads for it's not too late for a Valentine's gift so I went to there site picked a nice gift and set it all up and paid. Valentine's day comes and I'm trying to track my order and it just says order confirmed you'll be contacted when your order is being made, tried to call and was hung up on twice and then couldn't get anyone on the phone. Left a couple messages in Hope's of a call back to make sure my order was going to be delivered on time to my wife at work. Needless to say it was never delivered, never recieved a call back or was I able to get anyone on the phone and tracking my package still say the same thing. Worst customer service ever!!!!!! I wish I had checked the reviews first. Lesson learned. I will never use edible arrangements again. Ruined Valentine's day!!! Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Still going to try to get a refund if I can ever get someone on the phone and still have no idea about my order. Very angry first and last time customer!!!!"

"Ordered Valentine's Day gifts for my 2 little granddaughters & my boyfriend. Had to pick up because, even though they charge a small fortune for delivery, they don't allow you to specify a time. Don't mind that so much, but when I got there, I was told it would be another 20 minutes before my order was ready... again, no problem...ran a couple of light errands & went back 15 minutes later, only to be told that they screwed up & gave my order to someone else. Turns out it actually HAD been ready to begin with... they're just totally disorganized. To their credit, after I lost temper, they did refund my $70 & comped me a much cheaper product & a couple of balloons so I would at least have something to give my granddaughters. Had to go to Panera & buy cookies for my boyfriend, tho. I'll never deal with this company again. "

"I ordered my boyfriend the swizzle berries and chocolate dipped mixed fruit bulbs for our anniversary. When I got home I was so excited to ask how it was. To find out he was suppose to get strawberries, apples and bananas. I called customer service Amy said they would refund half since I didn’t get it. She said it would return to my card it a few days later. It has been 10 days and no return. I’m so mad I will NEVER order from here again "
