"Initially, I was happy to answer the eharmony survey to express my dissatisfaction - I am not very impressed with eHarmony.... However, I was not able to submit using the share/login link – probably because I gave only one star – the system wouldn’t let me publish my remarks…..what does that tell you? What a joke – don’t you know this review can be posted all over the net anyway should I choose to do so? And by trying to monitor your feedback only serves to anger folks.
Here’s my beef with the eharmony matching service- The matches are random - and mostly age inappropriate. I am not interested in dating a fellow 15 - 20 years younger or older than me! Additionally, I have encountered quite a lot of -Catfish – fake identities- many of whom I have reported - only one has been identified by eharmony and removed. I am a good looking woman with a lot to offer - and eharmony keeps sending me frogs! And I don’t feel I should pay extra for specific matching… eharmony is constantly trying to sell extras… I am however still making an effort but many of the men do not reply - or even look at my profile after receiving notes from me – does this mean eharmony keep profiles even after people have left? I do not think this is working for me and I will not continue or ever join again. Not a happy eharmonyer.......I cannot give any rating but very very poor....
