Getting help over the phone was so seamless

Mixed results

"The Website was easy to use and generally had all the information laid out well. I wanted to verify with an on-call technician to ensure I was understanding the policy options correctly. They seemed to provide me with options I was not looking for. They then proceeded to provide me with incongruent information from the details on the website. The technician clearly didn't understand what I was asked for. The tone of the technician then showed frustration and then he became rude. I thanked the technician for his time and he promptly hung up without a response. The customer service call was shameful but the website appeared to do the job. "

Could not retrieve forgotten password.

"It has been a while since I logged on to eHealth and I forgot my password. There were a couple of different methods shown for retrieving my password. After trying both methods several times, neither one worked. I ended up calling the customer service number and the clerk helped promptly."
