I immediately started getting spammed with phone calls. Every day since I filled out the application, I have received between 25 and 50 calls PER DAY. The company just tried to tell me it was not their fault and they can't find my account! So apparently it is pure coincidence that I filled out an application for health insurance and then immediately started getting spammed with phone calls from people selling health insurance?!? "I purchased health insurance for my wife through ehealth in December 2019. I requested a 1/1/2020 started date but they mistakenly started right away. They admitted they made a mistake and agreed to pay back the December payment. They also misrepresented a gap insurance plan and agreed to refund that payment also. That was four months ago. No payment and they don't return my communications. Stay away from this company, very unethical."
