"The items I order from Electricsuppliesonline.com were all backordered and would not be available for an estimated 4-6 weeks (maybe longer). As such, I was highly disappointed, but did receive prompt notification of the delay and was able to cancel my order without paying any additional fees. Though, had I not been attentive to my email and responded within 48 hours they would have charged me a 25% cancelation fee which seemed a bit unreasonable in my mind. And, they did not offer any alternative products which seemed like a missed opportunity in providing both customer service and maybe making a sale."
