"I ordered in stock items that they say ships the same day,yet it took 6 days to ship out from the warehouse. This is the 2nd order that took so long to ship out. If they can't deliver on their policy, then remove it, and don't claim to send out the same day."

"I do not have my goods yet. They took 6 days to ship them. No communications from them. I had to call them three times. On the first call I was promised a callback. It did not happen. On the second call I was told it would ship Tuesday. It did not happen. On the third call I was told it would ship that day (Wednesday) - that did happen. My biggest complaint is not that they had to order the items to ship to me. My biggest complaint is that they did not keep me informed and that I had to call them three times to get the order status. Their order confirmation email gives a link to check status but no information was poster there until it shipped. "

"Not very professional to have to find out this way. We should have been contacted a week ago. All 3 "reviewer" websites will get a copy of this. I'm so disappointed because we've ordered from your company in the past & I guess just got lucky that the product was in stock.

NO - we cannot wait another 2-3 weeks after already waiting almost 2 weeks for this ballast. CANCEL the order.
