"When shopping at Electrified.com i had an overall good experience. Before I ordered my product online I had to call in and the people on the phone were really nice. Also, there was a very little hold time. Another thing that I liked about Electrified.com was that when selecting my products and checking out everything was super quick and easy. The only thing i would improve on was a lack of knowledge on some of the products. When i called it was about a product that i was not to familiar with. The person on the phone was as helpful as they could have been and tried to help me understand to the best of their knowledge. I think that if some of the workers knew a little more about the products there would be nothing to complain about. One other thing that I could suggest would be to give free shipping and handling if the customer spends over a certain amount of money. "I ordered a lamp for my projection TV on a Wednesday. Due to all of the fraud that is going on they did not automatically mail the lamp to my place of work. I had to call and give them some verification that I was really me. Their service people took care of the matter very quickly and were able to then mail my item to me at my place of work. I was happy with the shipping update containing the tracking number. This permitted me to follow the package while I was awaiting delivery. The unit price, including delivery charges, was the lowest I had found from any retailer on the net. The item also included the lamp enclosure and fan which made it very easy to install. I would definitely recommend the company to friends and family or to anyone else looking for a valuable source at competitive pricing."
