"So here we go, Electrified Discounters, Inc. are theives!!! Not only are they theives, but liars as well. They took me for over $250. The only way i can make myself feel better about them scamming me is by taking it as a life lesson. People are dishonest and have no morals, not all people but the people working at electrified are! It was a hard life lesson but now before i spend hundreds of dollars on the internet i do a lot of research thanks to the people at electrified! This is how they ripped me a new one....In March of 2012 I bought a replacement bulb and housing for my hitachi 5600 from electrified. After looking online for a few days I found one at a reasonable price, alot cheaper than factory(thats how they get everyone) so I bought it. They sent me the bulb in the housing that was apparently a direct fit, it wasnt.....I had to use my housing to get it to fit. Not even a week later after maybe 3 hours of use it blew up. I contacted electrified.com informed them of my issue and followed their replacement procedure. Never got a new bulb...never got my money back....never felt as though i got what i paid for!!! In the end all I got was a 250 plus dollar ars reaming. Electrified Discounters, Inc "
"Worked with this company time after time to get a lamp that would operate in my projector.I give them 1 star because I can say they at least tried to correct my problem but their lamps just have terrible performance.They sent me 7 lamps over the course of a couple of months.The first 5 lamps simply never turned on(dead on arrrival).The last 2 lamps turned on but worked about 4-5 days each.After so many attempts to correct this issue,they just told me they were'nt going to be able to do anything else,when asked for at least a partial refund they told me the warranty had run out from the initial purchase and there will be no refund at all.You can roll the dice and take a chance.Maybe you'll be more fortunate than me, but me,I want order from Electrified Discounters again."

Company rep Nicole Bova was unresponsive and not helpful for much of the two and a half months while I tried to track down the package through the uncooperative USPS. I was finally refunded the money - minus shipping! NEVER again."

They sent me a new one, but only after I had to pay for return shipping.
Does that seem fair? Nope. Will I do business with them again? Nope."

Our last order shipped within two hours of purchase (we even received a UPS tracking email!). The previous company from which we purchased bulbs actually took eight months and multiple phone calls to deliver the order at nearly double the cost. Electrified.com has been a dream to work with! I highly recommend this company."
"Ordered a backup replacement lamp for my Sony 60" XBR set in May of 2011.Lamp wasn't put in use until November 2011. Lamp burned out in approx. 20 days. Electrified did send a replacement lamp at no cost, which lasted about 20 minutes. Electrified offered to send me another replacement lamp if I would pay shipping in both directions, but no refund. I didn't want another lamp from Electrified so I'll just have to eat this one. Moral is cheap goods are not necessarily a wise choice. "

"NEVER AGAIN! I bought a bulb in August to replace my 3 year old bulb. It shattered in less than 90 days. Called on Wednesday and left a message, no response. Called again and got a person who asked for my Amazon order number and then when I went to get it she hung up on me. Voicemail two more times that day. Wednesday and Thursday 7 more times leaving a voicemail with no return call. I finally did get a human being on Saturday only to be told that I needed to return the blown bulb first. They don't get their stories straight. There is no customer service at all. They don't return calls or emails. I was promised a bulb was being mailed on Monday. On Friday I got a call that they couldn't process because the order number was written down wrong. No we are two weeks out to receive a replacement bulb. The only consistent was that everyone said that they are a small company so they are doing the best they can. What a cop out! That should be your new motto. We can't do it right because we are a small company."

"Not happy with the product. We have a 60 in XBR sony that needed a replacement bulb. We ordered from this company thinking it was a decent price for older tv. First bulb didnt last very long. Second bulb didnt last at all. We will recieve our third bulb today. Company seems to know they have issues. No problems with returning item and trying another one. It does frustrate me when a company will continue to sell faulty products. "

"Purchased projector bulb replacements. Bulbs were $156.00 ea. the last time I purchased them (11/15/2010). After faxing my order over I called and spoke with a salesperson regarding my faxed order. He stated that the price had gone down to $130.88. Instead of retyping my order he said the correction would be made on the invoice after the order was processed. Well, The company processed my order and billed me for $156.00 ea. I contacted their customer service department and tried explaining to them that I was told after the order was faxed that the price was now $130.88 and the correction would be made on the invoice. They disputed it and said that I should have looked it up online before I faxed my order. I said to the lady (Vickie) "Are you saying that because I put a price on the order you charged me whatever I thought the price was." She said "yes" I said to her "I am not an employee of Electrified Discounter therefore I wouldn't know the price and are you saying that this company is so hard up for money that they will charge whatever they want whenever they want" after I threaten to contact the president of the company and write them a bad review they made the adjustment on my bill. No one should have to stay on the phone for 30mins and make threats before getting proper service. Before this happened I was well pleased with this company. I work in the schools system and place all orders for the school. Finding a good company to work with is very important. It helps to keep things moving. I'm afraid I will now need to find a new company. "
"I will Not do business with them again. I had my credit card company block them for the next 4 years. Once you give them your card no., they could charge your card without your authorization, and the bank can't do anything about it. I got a lamp from them 3 months ago and the bulb causes my TV go in and out. When I pulled the bulb out, it is loose in the housing. The bulb might be fine, but the screw inside is not tight properly and I can't do anything about it without void the warranty. I called customer service and they told me to send the bulb back. I got a Return no. and I shipped USPS $5.00 2-days shipping. Electrified got the bulb two days later and said nothing wrong with the bulb. I told them the loose screw that might be the cause of my TV in and out. They shipped the bulb back to me, took 12 days and $13.00 via UPS, and they did not mention a word about charging to my credit card. BTW, the bulb is still bad and I lost $18 in shipping!"
