"I ordered a G-TOSHIBA D95-LMP bulb for my Toshiba TV, only to receive a defective bulb. We called Electrified and they sent us a replacement bulb when we sent back the original. The replacement bulb worked 2 days and now does not work at all. Each time, they are not reimbursing us for shipping, either way. We will now be out $50 and still not have a working TV. Very poor quality."

"This company is fraudulant and not to be trusted.
I bought Toshiba bulb that lasted for 20 minutes.
Got RMA and returned. Have shipping proof they have recieved. They have not refunded my credit card back and do not respond to any of my numerous
emails. Ive been scammed

"Don't believe the price... False advertisement, bait and switch? Credut car fraud? They had the lowest listed price but cancelled my ordered (no phone call, no email?) a few hours after they took my credit card information because they couldn't meet the price. They continued to advertise the same price and availability for more than a day after because their "webmaster" couldn't take it off. yeah, right, They process all orders manually at the end of the day, so you won't know for several hours whether the price is real. Deceptive business practice, do not patronize."

"DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RETAILER! Transaction was easy, shipping was fast. BUT, replacement lamp blew up after 20 minutes use. On-line request for service was ignored. Called several days later and was told "customer service is busy - they'll get back to you this afternoon."
11 days later, I've tried as many means of contact as I can find - to no avail. They have made NO EFFORT to return my correspondences. NEVER AGAIN!

"HORRIBLE COMPANY. UNBELIEVABLE.

Sent purchase confirmation on 5-15. A week later nothing had a arrived. Sent 3 different emails. Called on the phone, told me they would ship it out each time I called. Took them until 5/30 to send me a tracking number. I immediatly checked the tracking number and it was to a different state. Wrote back 2 days later with an apology, wrong number. My package would go out friday. They agreed to send it 2 day air. 6/09 nothing. More calls, finally an email, it will go out next day, at their expense (6/13 now) On 6/16 more email- nothing. Finally oops distributor error. Gaurantee it will ship on 6/23 comes, nothing, more emails, 6/25 I get made and write an angry letter 6/26 they unilaterally cancel my order and I have to start over. LIARS and FRAUDS. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY HERE, HUGE WASTE OF TIME NOT WORTH ANY POTENTIAL SAVINGS

"Electrified failed to properly deal with a defective bulb. I RMA'd the bulb less than 2 weeks after it arrived defective. I sent it prioirty mail. Two weeks later I call back and I am told they do have the package, and that it arrived as scheduled, and they would send the replacement. I called again 2 weeks after that, and they siad they still had not shipped the replacement. Finally the second bulb was defective, and when I called I was informed my 60 Day warranty was up, and that it did not re-set when the 2nd bulb is sent out. When I indcated over 30 days of my warranty ws used up in thier shipping delay, they then claimed the original bulb did not show up at their facility until 11/25 ( 3 weeks after I sent it) when earlier they informed me it had arrived as expected. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am extemely disappinted with their customer service.

"I bought a lamp for my projection TV. Lamp price was great! The sales experience was great. Prompt shipping. But when I discovered that the lamp was the wrong lamp for my TV, I called and they happily issued me an RA number. I sent the lamp back, bought insurance for it, and have a tracking number for it to prove to Electrified Discounters, just in case something happened. Sure enough, I bought the lamp on 8/15/08. They received it back on 9/4/08, but didn't issue a refund until I called early November, 2008. Ivy and Mary assured me that a refund was going to be issued back to my credit card, and I waited, waited, called back a few times, but the refund was still NOT issued. It's now December 11, 2008, and it's still not issued. Today, I called the toll-free number and the regular number, but no one answered either line! I am pretty sure they are never going to issue me the refund! But if I'm wrong, and they issue it to me, I'll update my review."

"Product received was shipped within the alloted time promised. I ordered a replacement projector bulb for my Sony VPL-VW50 projector and at first looked around on the net and Electrified Discounters had the lowest price and had very promising reviews from past customers. I ordered and received the bulb that was a exact replica of the original bulb, meaning it was compatible replacement bulb but not OEM. Installation was not as troublesome as promised, the housing was poorly assembled that I had to re-assemble the housing to get the bulbs electrical connection to plug in. I suspect Electrified Discounters imports all the parts of the bulb and have it assembled here. Very poorly assembled. I ended up replacing the original bulb (Sony) by disassembling it and installing the disassembled bulb from Electrified discounters bulb and using the Sony bulb housing. The $50 savings to get the replacement bulb is'nt worth the trouble. I will update this review about the bulbs quality when I use my projector for at leased 90 days, hope it does'nt fail within the warranty period.
UPDATE - DAY 60: Bulb did'nt make it past 90 days. It DIED/BURNED out just almost 2 months after install, I called Electrified and they RMA it back to them. Bulb really sucked!!!!My projector would just turn off suddenly because of the bulb. Now I am waiting for a replacement and will update this review after install.

"PLEASE TAKE TO HEART! Most people just jaw because they are angry. I am a customer service consultant for major corporations around the world. These people are out for your original sale and will do nothing for your repeat business. Not to mention the product they sell is pure garbage. I bought a replacement lamp for my 60" Sony LCD and it was supposed to have a life of approx. 2000hrs. This one lasted 50, and was not as bright as the original equipment. It burned out 4 months after original purchase date. I installed it 2 weeks after purchase. There was nothing they would do, no credit or anything. Absolutely no interest in my repeat business, knowing that I would spend another 150.00 in another year, and every other year after that!! They actually asked me if I wanted to buy the bulb again, since it was now $21.00 cheaper and a different part number. Hmmmm. Don't carry the one they sold me 4 months later, sounds like garbage to me. I would get rid of a product that only lasted 1/40th of its advertised worth.
BUYER BEWARE- If you do decide to go with them, which I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, get the longest warranty you can. Get the original parts. Be certain it has the warranty you need, because if its a day out of warranty, SORRY.
The OEM comp merchandise is GARBAGE. Do yourself a favor and go shop somewhere else. Pay a little more at a big store, because this little guy puts it in balls deep.
Pathetic customer service and I am CERTAIN that the repeat business percent is less than 1%.
Go somewhere else that will appreciate your business and will treat you like they care, as Electrified Discounters absolutely does not.
