"A terrible experience. I used the website's provided "Electrified Lamp Search" to order a replacement DLP lamp for my HDTV. The lamp was the wrong part and even though it was the "Electrified Lamp Search" that gave me the wrong part number to order, I was still responsible for the cost of shipping to exchange the lamp. Electrified exchanged the lamp for a second, incorrect part. This time they paid for the return shipping and offered a full refund. It's been over two months, and still no refund. I've called multiple times and each time I get a different story and that "this time" the refund has really been processed."
