The proulbem is .
I ordered a replacememt lamp for my tv (ok)
It lasted less than 3 months
But due to invoice date , it was 9 days out of warranty? Electrified did send me a 1 time free replacement that lasted 6 hours and may have burnt out my power supply
The lamp that they sent was the wrong voltage & wattage . I contacted Electrified and informed them of the proublem.
I was told that , the TV not the lamp was the proulbem ? It was the wrong LAMP !
As of now I am waiting for a responce to my last e-mail and an explination of how a lamp that is rated @ 110watts @ 80 volts is = to a lamp that is rated @ 132 watts @ 75 volts
And they are not going to send me a replacement"

"After not recieving a response to an email sent at 10:53EST, I chose to call to see if I could get this situation rectified. Drew in customer service explained to me that I should send the bulb back and then a replacement would be issued. I asked if that would be before Saturday,(I am having clients over 'Final Four' something I always do for my clients), Drew explained to me that unfortunately Electrified was unable to process the replacement until recieving the defective unit. I understand this so I asked if I purchased ANOTHER bulb and simply returned the first defective unit for a refund would that ensure a lamp by Saturday. Drew checked his shipping chart and said flatly 'No', but did add that if i would like to pay for overnight shipping then it would. I restated to Drew that the intial purchase was on March 12th and that eventhough the first was defective I was willing to purchase a SECOND unit if he could work with me on shipping. Drew once again stated 'No' and began quoting regulatory policies and procedures. Admittedly I becam upset and asked Drew if why he was so unwilling to work with someone willing to purchase a second bulb when the first bulb was defective? Drew then asked me if I would care to just return the bulb for a refund. As a business owner myself I would want to know of this type of 'customer service'."
