The horrible dropshipping online store! Stay away!

"First of all, you will not be able to create your account there.
After you have added to the cart an item you will not be transferred to the final order review page to see all charges.

You will be charged at once with an additional cost for shipment - in my case 17$ - Just imagine! I did not even see that charge before.

After that, you are not able to cancel the order. There is even no section "My orders" on their website. And you are not able to download your invoice.

I at once wrote to their assistant and it turned out that they already prepared and shipped it. Just imagine - after 1 minute of your order. That is of course impossible. They just lie to you.

The horrible dropshipping store! Yes, they just dropship items from other stores I think.

Worst company ever

"Worst company ever.... Do not buy from them
Ordered an item and UPS damaged and product was missing. They won't do anything about it. Manager Wendy I believe was her name said they have fraud so not will to do anything. Told her I'm filing report with BBB and response was OK

Don't Do It.

"We bought a washer/dryer set from them in Madison (Nashville area), TN. It was the only store we could find that had a non-computerized set. We wanted the pair because the new-fangled sets have electronics that fail so quickly which results in expensive repairs and headaches. This purchase has been an absolute disaster. The delivery time was as promised, but the installers were worthless. They hooked up the washing machine with the hot and cold valves reversed. The dryer hose was so flimsy, it wouldn't even hold the clamps they brought with them. When we called the store about the issues, they offered to drop the $25 fee for removal of our older dryer. When we found more problems with installation, we called them again. The manager's comment was that they use third-party delivery services. So what?? That's not our problem. It's not relevant. My husband actually called parts stores to see if we could find what we need. We couldn't. Now we're stuck trying to make due with tools we have. I've been around the block, so-to-speak, and we're not unreasonable people. The icing on the cake was that we have to go back to the store to get our $25 refund. I usually look at reviews, but I dropped the ball this time. We were so intent on finding a set that wasn't computerized. I'm kicking myself. Don't let your urgency put you in a bind. I repeat...This has been a total disaster with no remedy from Electronic Express. Look elsewhere. Please. I don't want to see anyone go through what we've endured. It's Not Worth It!"

They do not care.

"I purchased a new frigidaire built in refrigerator & freezer from Electronic Express in Florence, Alabama on 7/21/2021 for $6,388.64. This included the two units, the trim kit, the heating element between the two units and a 4 year extended warranty.

Upon delivery, the employees did not have the correct couplings to hook up the water service to both units so they just hooked up the ice maker on the freezer and the trim kit was not the right one.

A week later the refrigerator developed a error code and was going from freezing to 50° back and forth. I contacted the store and was advised to call Frigidaire. Two weeks later, a Huntsville based 3rd party repair company contacted me to come look at it and he ordered a motherboard. The motherboard was shipped to my home and to this day it is still in the box and has never been installed...whole different story.

Electronic Express's services people came a second time with a new trim kit which was still incorrect and still did not have the correct couplings to hook up the water service..advised me to purchase the parts.

The service people came a 3rd time with the correct trim kit and again pulled the units out to work on them.

4 times from the initial install, the units were pulled out and worked on. This caused a water leak at one of the fittings they hooked up.

Upon noticing the water damage to my cabinets I contacted Electronic Express and asked them to come take care of it and they never came. I hired a contractor to come replace the damaged wood and repair the leak.

I submitted the very reasonable repair bill electronically to Electronic Express, made several phone calls, emails and a in person visit with the store manager who acted like he could care less.

To this day, I have not been replied to about any of this. I keep extremely good records and have all documentation to back my claim up.

I have been receiving letters from Frigidaire trying to sell me extended warranty. I contacted a manager via text at Electronic Express and I was advised to not buy it because I had purchased it from them with a better company. I requested documentation for the warranty but as of today nothing has been provided.

In summary, I wished I had never walked into the store and I will never purchase anything from them again.

I have advised the manager that I will not let this go so unfortunately I am being forced to seek legal representation for a issue I have bent over backwards to settle with them. $300 for cabinet repair due to a water leak Electronic Express caused and documentation for the extended warranty.

Beware of this company.

Horrid Customer service

"Horrible business practices. They don't do refunds returns or offer any help when an item is delivered incorrectly. The customer service is all done through zendesk email no phone calls and they repeat themselves with a script. I was working with Walmart with them and Walmart has to issue the refund because they will not help me in any way I would not recommend this company or its products or anything that they do buyer beware. I never got the product that was inside the box and they're blaming the carrier and everyone else and making the customer wait with no promise of return refund or any help at all . My issue is still not resolved and having to go through Walmart to have them help me . Don't do business with Electronic Express"

Horrible company shady practices

"I purchased a TV on Thanksgiving with holiday pricing waiting around a week while it said pending shipment. The day after all the holiday pricing is over my order was canceled after basically holding my money for a week and I was told it was due to not having the product, but it took a week? And a employee told me they had many in the warehouse. So I proceed to call corporate and was informed that there's nothing they can do after accepting my money and not canceling immediately so now I'm out money basically 2 weeks waiting for refund. He also told me that if I'd like to purchase for full price in the future to feel free, but they don't do roll backs on pricing or price matching. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHADY COMPANY. "

SCAM!

"This company takes orders online and charges peoples credit cards for items they don't have in stock or may not be able to get for weeks without contacting the customer! They are holding peoples money across the board. They wait for you to call in and when you finally do they lie to you about your order and its processing time. They don't offer you any remedy except your money back. It's a scam! "

Never again!

"We bought a laptop online for over $750. A couple days later I looked up what was going with the order. The website said it shipped and the shipping company showed canceled. When I called I was told they had no idea since the warehouse did it and that my money was being processed back. We waited almost a week and nothing. I called and was told my money would be refunded and processed in 24 hours. I called my bank and emailed EE asking for them to make sure it was refunded. I was told it was and it would be 3-5 days. Here I am. No money and now no email back from EE with a explanation of where my money is. Somewhere along the line it should be illegal to take someone’s money knowing there is no product to give in return. I will give any company my money before I go here again. Save your money and frustration."

Sells defective merchandise

"On November 19th, I received a new LG oven from this company. After hooking it up, I noticed it was not baking properly. All items were coming out undercooked. So I called LG as the Electronic Express website, after a thorough investigation, stated that returns were not possible. LG advised me to calibrate the oven and purchase an oven thermometer. So I did. My thermometer arrived on Friday, December 4th. After using the oven thermometer and testing the oven out, it was found that the oven would be as much as 100F off. So I called LG back and demanded a repair technician.

December 7th, the repair technician came out and stated that the oven needed a new board. That the one found in oven was defective.

Electronic Express will not refund or replace. Beware they are selling defective items.

Shipping nightmare

"It has been over 3 weeks and I have not received my tv. When calling customer service for electronic express, they blame the shipping company. The shipping company each week says it will be delivered the following week. How long does it take to receive a tv ?. Someone from China could of walked it.
When chatting with someone from shipping carrier. They state product is already in your area and someone will call you within 24 hrs. No one is calling. I’m calling everyday to find out.

A poor excuse for Electronic Appliances

"This is almost beyond words. I paid for delivery and installation of my dishwasher, but it hardly worked out that way. On the day of the delivery, my wife stayed home to allow the installer entry to my home. The installer requested the water and the power be turned off. She did as he requested and he insisted the water was not off and asked her to check it again. My wife turned 3 water valves off to assure that the water was off and opened the valves on the lower level of our home to drain the lines; he still proclaimed that he could hear water in the line and would not be able to install the dishwasher.
My wife called me to tell me of the issue. I requested to speak to the installer. He relayed the same to me that he could hear the water and would be unable to install the device. I asked him " Are you standing in front of the kitchen sink?" he said "yes". I then instructed him to turn the faucet on and tell me if water was coming out. He then told me that the water was not coming out of the sink. I asked him if it was safe to assume if there is no water to the sink; there would be no water to the dishwasher. He agreed and proceeded to install the device.
About a half hour later my wife called again. She said the installer had told her this time that the dishwasher was one inch too tall and would not fit. I asked to speak to him again. He told me that I had bought the wrong size dishwasher and that because of the tile flooring the device would not fit. I asked him to just leave the device alone and I would check it when I returned home.
As I examined the device; I noticed that there were two small screws on the top that were for anchoring the device to a wooden counter top. My top is marble so I removed the screws and pushed the device in to place. Having a strong feeling as to the competency of the serviceman thus far, I decided to inspect the installation closer. I found that the wire had been installed without the use of a wire connector in the box to secure the connection and that the wire itself had arc burns that would have challenged the integrity of the wire. I don't feel the installer caused the damage to the wire, but he should have known that the damaged wire should be cut back to a point of healthy wire or replaced. As I removed the wire, I noticed that the installer had left the spring from a wire nut on the wire and had connected it to the connecting block of the dishwasher. This would cause a loose bonding of the wire causing overheating of the wire and possibility resulting in a fire. I repaired the wiring and reinstalled it to its proper form. I looked under the sink to examine the water connection to find that it was leaking. I then repaired the loose connection and proceeded to test the device.
This goes beyond just simple mistakes, to a point of gross negligence and reckless endangerment. This is total incompetency on many levels: first by the person that sent this man to my house and by his supervisor who should have known that this man was not qualified to do this work. And lastly by the serviceman who most certainly knew that he was not qualified to do the installation.
I have an 80 year old blind, semi-ambulatory mother that lives in my home with my wife and I. I shudder to think what could have happened if I did not have the insight and knowledge to inspect and correct the work that had been performed by your Serviceman.
I also ask that you put yourself in my place for a moment: how would you feel if this happened to you and your family. Not only to think about what could have happened, but this will caution me in the future when it comes time for me to invite another serviceman in to my home and trust him with the safety of my family and property. Electronic Express is a well established company and entrusted by thousands of families just like mine. You have greatly disappointed me and shattered my confidence in your company as well as other companies like yours. If Electronic Express could do this, who can I ever trust again?

stop wasting time with them

"I ordered the blue yeti mic with headphone combo from them, it was on sale, after I placed the order, I waited for 1 day and called them, they confirmed it's in stock and they will ship it out that day, then after 1 day I received the email saying the item is out of stock. Then I went back to their website and people can still purchase those, I emailed them and ask them if they dont have the item in stock why still list the item in their store, they just ignore me.

Dont trust this store and stop wasting your time with them.
