"Very disappointed, i THOUGHT i had bought a Graphics card on 12:25pm WEDNESDAY called them that day, and Thursday, and they said it was all in order and my shipment was ready to be shipped, then on Friday i get an email saying that they had "over sold" and my order had been canceled, even though i talked to someone and they assured me that my order was ready to be shipped. None of the people that ordered from them, got confirmation about the card being shipped, all got canceled. Because of they "Mistake" i lost out on a better deal elsewhere. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
"Not a happy camper..waited 3 days for a video card, only to find out they don't have them.
Missed many other deals while I was assured my card would be available and as going to ship soon.
I took a chance on them and I'm sorry I did.
Had I gone with a reputable seller,I would be typing a good review for someone else from a computer with a nice new video card.
As it is, all I have left to do now, is wait for my money to be refunded for a product they never were able to produce.
Avoid this one like the plague, unless you enjoy suspense and drama

"I ordered an eVGA GeForce GTX 260 from this company for (at the time) seemed like a very good price. I checked the site through out the day and the card was listed for sometime. If there was indeed a pricing error, surely they would remove it quickly right? Wrong. 2 days after I ordered my card (and had been 'processed' mind you) all I was waiting for was a tracking number. Instead, I get a robotic generic e-mail from 'Becky' informing me that they saved me the trouble and cancelled my order for me. How thoughtful. Problem was I never wanted the order cancelled. Not only did they cancel days after I put in the order, they decided to let me know on a day that their Customer Service doesn't operate. Very convenient. Needless to say, I was rather hesitant to order from this nameless company in the first place, and all my reservations had been confirmed in full. I can't say this enough: stay away from this company like the plague."
"Ordered on the Wednesday and called them and verified that they do indeed have the item in stock and would shipped out that day. No email or nothing till Friday said my order was canceled cause they oversold the item. Will never deal with them ever again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!"

"Placed order at 12:55PM on wednesday and took until 11:00AM Friday to inform customers that they were unable to fullfil a product due to distibution/manufacturer issues. The entire time they informed customers these items were in stock and had plenty available, even as far as to tell customers they couldn't cancel as they were already at the warehouse.
The problem I have is that other smaller vendors took orders on thursday, for similar prices, and shipped those orders that same day. More than likely they use the same distributer, so I'm unsure why electronica took 3 days to fail, while other companies succesfully completed and shipped that same day. Would not recommend."

Also, I considered shipping it back and cancelling the order, but was told that I would not have the original shipping costs refunded in that case, either. "Item was ordered late on the thursday the 13th, with two day shipping. Item was listed as in stock. A tracking number was sent moday the 17th- had I known they wouldn't process the order on the 14th I would've selected one day shipping, however it was a moot point because the tracking number they sent me was for a package UPS had delivered a year earlier. Called customer support (Electronica Direct) and they said it was a good tracking number so I called UPS-- UPS said it wasn't a valid tracking number. Called customer support back but they stopped answering their phone (an hour before they closed for the day). "
"Before you order, know that electonicadirect is really compuplus. Read up on compuplus before placing your order!
I had not heard of electronicadirect.com before, so I took a chance and decided to buy a TV card from them. The price of the card and the shipping charges were good. A day later, I get an email from none other than compuplus.com telling me that my order will be shipped shortly.
I have not received my shipment yet, but knowing the reputation of compuplus has me worried. I find it very suspect that compuplus would open a second store front to get around the bad reputation that they have built for themselves."
