"Really terrible. They shipped the wrong item, wanted a restocking fee, and didn't care at all. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I would never deal with them again."
"I ordered through the website, mobile phone Galaxy Ace model, in 6 month i had twice probelm with the phone , i called the store and they help me to reset my phone. shipping was in time, when I had a problem, they answered efficiently and courteously. "
"Everything bad said about them applies to my order. I ordered on the 20th. Stupid me decided to research after I placed the order and I uncovered nothing but bad experiences. I contacted them by email the next day to let them know I found the dirt and expected good service. They sent back a 1 line email response that my item shipped and to call them for tracking info. I checked my AX card online and didn't find a charge, just a pending charge. So they didn't charge my card. They didn't ship. I asked them again to provide a tracking number. My order included 2 day FedEx shipping. They provided a fake USPS number (invalid format) and a link to the USPS site. I contacted AX. They said the pending charge will drop off tomorrow. I can only assume they are not going to ship and are just playing games with me after I issued a stern warning. We will see. Be careful with these guys. Order nothing from them or all the other websites they use. I'll update if anything changes."
"My son just enlisted to the army and I wanted him to have a spare cellphone to take with him. Just a simple one- I couldnt believe that I found one for less than 100 bucks that was unlocked and could work anywhere in the world. Thank god for businesses like electronicsforce.com, I text my son daily now and can have some piece of mind while hes away"
"ElectronicsForce.com is the same as Cell2Get. "Cell2Get is the worst place you can buy a new phone. First of all, the advertise the phone with a special price, as if it is new, but it is NOT new at all. Mine came with scratches and after market parts. I bought 2 phones, about a month ago. Just received the first one and I am still waiting on the second. Every time you call them they say that you will receive your phone on the next day. Liars!!!!! You can get the same used phone 10 times cheaper at Ebay much faster. DONT EVER USE CELL2GET.""
"Order placed Sept. 12. After a couple of weeks I called to find out the status. Was told the order had shipped on the 14th and to wait (10-14 days). Called after another long while and was told it hadn't actually shipped until the 17th. Called on 10/5 and was told to call back in 10 minutes. I then received an email from electronicsforce.com cancelling my order with no explanation and another email from celltogetcom informing me my money was being refunded. Beware of both these companies!"

"I placed my order for white APPLE IPHONE 3GS 8GB GSM UNLOCKED QUAD BAND BLUETOOTH on 4/23/2011.
I waited too long and because I did not receive the phone so I placed a dispute on the transaction made by Electronicsforce.com on my Credit Card.
On 5/17/ 2011, I received APPLE IPHONE 3G 8GB which is not what I had ordered (my order was for IPHONE 3GS 8GB) so I called them and they agreed on exchanging the IPHONE 3G 8GB with 3GS 8GB. I shipped the phone to them on 5/18/2011 and they received it on 5/20/2011.
Again, I waited too long before I received another package on 6/18/2011 which was IPHONE 3GS 8GB but for my surprise it was used IPHONE (the charger is not working, the IPHONE has bruises and scratches and has screen protector already).
Again I called them on 6/21/2011 to inform them that I was sending the IPHONE back to them because my order was for a brand new IPHONE.The guy argued a lot and it was almost a fight over the phone.I am still in battle with this company.
I think this company is a fraud.stay away."
"I was very impressed with the committed to perseverance and determination to fill all the needs of the customer buying in online store its scary but this store make me believe in online shopping. Well done great service I'll for sure will buy again from them"
"I ordered Nokia 3120 device from electronicsforce.com and the my experience was just Great all the questions I asked were answered, professionalism service simply no words to describe the company's service. The store manager contact me after purchase to make sure the device came to my house. He offered to tell me how to operate the device gave me his personal mobile number if the operation of the device will be hard for me, a perfect service. Shipment arrived in original packing, also the site was very user-friendly course and easy to operate. I strongly recommend to purchase with full confidence. I will definitely continue to purchase future products"
"This web site (company) is a cheater, please be aware of this web site, do not get temptated by seeing the cheap mobile phones.
I do not understand when so many people complaints, there is no authority to take legal strong action against this type of fraud company doing business in USA, they are taking credit card information.
MY GOD - so many regulation in USA, but no one questions and tries to ban this company.
I ordered a nokia phone, they sent me a different model and more over refurbished, which was not written in listing. Now they have added this word. Moreover, they do not refund and also do not want to bear the shipping cost. Now they are putting people in trouble, if you send the item, they will say, I have sent the wrong item or can say that I did not receive something like that. Sent a couple of emails, -really horrible response. Where is this company? Can anybody send the VISA/MASTERCARD to notify that they should not pay the money to them if this company charges.
BEWARE OF FRAUD FROM THIS SITE

"The worst online experience I have ever had. I ordered a phone to be shipped 2-day air in order to arrive on 12/24. I called 12/23 and found it had not been shipped and so I cancelled the order. I was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee even though the item had not shipped on time. I disputed the fee because the item had not even been shipped. The "customer service" person then took my email address provided as part of my customer registration and looked up my facebook account while on the phone with me. He said to me "I know who you are, I am on your facebook" and began reading information, such as my employer's name, from my facebook page to me. He then threatened to publish my personal information on the web and to use my personal facebook information to harm me in as many ways he could find. After much argument, he agreed to refund my order in full and sent an email confirmation. Despite his assurances and the email confirmation the charge was posted to my credit card several days later. I posted negative feedback and the charge was reversed in a few days (I got all my money back). However, over the next week, I received nearly a dozen calls and email messages demanding that I remove the negative feedback or face harsh legal action and other dire consequences. The original order was through ElectronicsForce, but the charge on my Visa was Cell2Get. These people are dangerous, avoid their companies (cell2get, electronicsforce.com, lowpricecell, replacecell) at all costs."
"These guys are the worst ever. After 2 weeks with no email response I called them. They gave me some holiday shipping delay story, then said it would be going out the next business day. A week later, with no contact, I emailed them and this time they told me it was out of stock and they would issue a refund. 3 weeks for something I could have paid 5 dollars more from Newegg and got right away. Please don't ever shop with this seller."
"Five ratings wasn't much to go on, but I took my chances with ElectronicsForce anyway (who, by the way, seems to be related to Cell2Get.com; one email I received about my order came from a C2G address and not EF).
Boy, did I regret it! Much as happened to another customer in these ratings, I too tried to purchase a phone (an old-model LG VX3200) and it never arrived.
Processing took well more than the 1-3 business days they stated. Once processed, time to ship was supposed to be 1-3 business days, too, and that didn't happen either.
After much emailing back and forth, and even a phone call from them, they finally seemed to have shipped the phone (though not via 3-Day UPS, but rather regular US Post). And what another rater said seems to be true. Numerous attempts to call them always met with voicemail and/or a broken phone tree.
After waiting another 2-3 *weeks*, with numerous emails inquiring about status, they finally said that the postal service had lost the package, and that the warehouse did not have another that they could send me.
I consider it miraculous that I did indeed receive a full refund not but a few days later.
This company should *potentially* be considered for fraud since, after being told they had no more of the model phone I was looking for, the ads for said same phone remained posted on the web. Having just checked now several weeks later, Cell2Get is *still* advertising this same phone.
To be completely honest, I seriously wonder if the phone ever existed at all.
Overall, a very, very frustrating experience."
