"This company is terrible! I will never order anything else from them. I ordered a cell phone and paid for overnight shipping. It did not ship out the day they told me it would. Each person I spoke with told me something different. I could not get an accurate answer when I could get through to customer service, which was very seldom. Today they tell me that it has shipped and I will have it tomorrow, but until the phone is in my hand, I wouldn't count on it.
Update: My order finally shipped. Not overnight, as I paid for, but by mail. I'm now trying to get my $70 overnight charge back. And I still don't have my phone. It hasn't even left New York yet.

"Awful experience - does ElectronicsForce.com even exist? I ordered a replacement cell phone online 7 days ago and have called them several times a day to get order and shipping status and no one answers. Sometimes the phone never even gets into voice mail. Tempting prices and pretty website but now I don't even know how to cancel my order. Buyer Beware!!!"

"They were terrible. I placed the order for a home stereo on Thursday. After a week of hearing nothing I tried to contact them. They don't answer their toll free number at all so I used their contact form. They responded by telling me to call another (not free) number. The first person I talked to did not know what was going on and said she would fix it and respond by end of day. She didn't. Called again the next day. This person was very friendly but she didn't know what was going on either. Called back again. Same person very friendly, said she would try to overnight. She calls me back several hours later and says, oh sorry, we don't even have that item in stock. Bottom line, I have to go find it somewhere else after wasting a week and my husband not getting his anniversary present! They Suck!"
