"I've been to many phone retailers but always have such a bad experience. Once I've been on electronicsforce's website, it was such a great experience. The manager Adam was very knowledgeable and very helpful, I entered the website only for a new phone and a couple of questions. Come to find out I was ready for an upgrade after negotiating with adam, thanks to adam I was able to walk out their website satisfied with a new phone. And the price wasn't bad after all. I do recommend visiting this website and please ask for Adam he's such an amazing guy that cares for his customers wants"

"My Galaxy s8 was somehow cracked on the side (probably during shipping). I contacted their customer service, and was immediately answered, checked in and told my wait time. Steve assisted me in doing an advance replacement for me on the spot, I provided a tracking number for the damaged phone and they quickly sent my exchange out. Steve was very helpful, professional and reminded me of my grandson trying to explain all the new bells and whistles of my highly different Phone. His patience in going over everything multiple times was appreciated. He didn’t say “ boomer” once!! "

"I tried to purchase two Samsung Galaxy Note 20 for my sons for $707 each. I checked the web page for several days and it continued to show "pending" then the message changed to "more information required" I tried calling, but received an automated response requesting I leave a voice message and a representative would call back. Two days passed and nothing, so I called again and on the 5th attempt I was answered by an individual who asked for the order number and my name. I was kept on the line for several minutes, listening to shouting in the background and the representative finally told me that payment was refused as only one item was allowed per household. I asked if I should place another order for just one phone and the reply was, "yes do that" then he abruptly hung up. As the advertised price was the best I had seen, I tried again, placing an order for just one phone. This time I checked my credit card and saw the money had been received by ElectronicsForce and waited for shipping confirmation. However, it was the same as before, under order status the web page indicated "pending" until the 4th day when the message changed and again said, "more information required". I called customer service, but no response. I called Sales and the same! I left two messages and wrote asking for an update, explaining that I had placed a new order, payment had been received and I had included my address, phone number and email. Another two days passed and nothing and on the third day (8 days after placing the order), and with no explanation, the money was returned to my credit card. I am leaving one star for returning the money, but I feel I should warn others before they waste any time trying to buy what is probably a non-existent item. The company is deplorable and their web page looks as though it was produced by a 6 year old, I really wonder how ElectronicsForce makes any money... "
"Order Confirmation No: 104855. ordered new phone, was sent a refurb. The case was not sealed. The phone was wrapped in a baggie. The screen had no film protection. The screen shows microscratches. I'll give the company their 48 hours but I expect a prepaid RMA and a full refund ASAP. I never have these issues purchasing from amazon, newegg, bestbuy, etc. not once have I been sent a refub "as new""

"After being told by Verizon that they would honor my contract to use a replacement 3G phone, I purchased one I wanted from Electronicsforce.com
When I called Verizon to active the phone, I was told they would NOT honor what they had just told me days before.
I informed Electronicsforce (customer service person Steven) of the problem. Steven told me that there would be a restocking fee (which the website did state before I purchased it) and I was given a Return Authorization number. I returned the phone via USPS and was issued the credit very quickly. All communication was via email and no hassle at all.

"USPS claims item not received, however, vendor claims it did and claims their going to open a "claim" against USPS, after 6 days that item was reportedly shipped by said vendor. Vendor also claims that funds are not captured until receipt of purchase. In over 40 years of purchasing, I've never heard of a company NOT performing a capture at time of shipment (unless COD). Seems highly unusual and suspect."
