error in my return order
"I sent both tires back in the same box, in unused condition. I suggest Active Sports (the house) check with their return department and also they will have a record of two Terrene Cake Eater 27.5 x 4" studded tire sales after the return date as these tires were out of stock when I returned and they are still out of stock - so you resold my two returns. Check the return shipping weight of fedex 288902308629. The package WEIGHT was 8.6 lbs / 3.9 kgs. This is the weight of two (2) tires and a 14"x14"x15" single wall cardboard box, not just one tire in a box. Active sports is incorrect in stating that I only returned one tire."

ordered new phone, was sent a refurb
"Order Confirmation No: 104855. ordered new phone, was sent a refurb. The case was not sealed. The phone was wrapped in a baggie. The screen had no film protection. The screen shows microscratches. I'll give the company their 48 hours but I expect a prepaid RMA and a full refund ASAP. I never have these issues purchasing from amazon, newegg, bestbuy, etc. not once have I been sent a refub "as new""

terrible
"ordered a tire, shipped fast. ordered two more "in stock". a week with no shipping. I emailed. They replied "we only have one in stock we emailed you or left a voice mail about this". no they did not. I replied, "ship the one you have in stock". they said nothing. Their website still lists the tire as in stock. I emailed again, a full 2 weeks after I paid them."
