"I purchased a 52" LCD HDTV with Ambilight, the 52PFL7432D, from Electronics Nation. I received shipment notificaton from them the day after I purchased the TV and it arrived 6 days later.
We have had the TV for 2+ months now and it is absolutely perfect! You can't tell it is refurbished by the look or picture quality.
We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend Electronics Nation to everyone."
"I ordered a rebranded HP LP3065C 30" LCD monitor from Electronics Nation at a great price. Upon receiving the monitor, there was a deep scratch at the top right edge of the monitor. I contacted Electronics Nation about the cosmetic damage and within an hour, I got a response from Michael. Since the monitor was not available for replacement due to stock, I was offered to have the monitor returned at the suppliers expense for a full refund or to keep the existing monitor and receive a $25 discount for the scratch. I chose to get the refund since the wait for the replacement is about 2 months and I need to have a monitor during that time. I was prompted refunded for the amount. I am very happy with the monitor for both the great service that I got from Electronics Nation and their great price for the monitor. I will be delighted to shop from Electronics Nation again!"
"Excellent buying experience. Good communication, great price and great Product! I am a very happy customer and will look here for my next purchase. "
"I purchased a 48 month extension warranty for my LCD TV from ElectronicsNation.com. When I needed service, ElectronicsNation.com ignored my request for service. I filed the complaint to BBB. My history of complaints for this case are BBB case ID 6004589 and 12022080.
Brain, the owner of ElectronicsNation.com replied to BBB with such a letter stating that ElectronicsNation.com has a service contract with Philips Priority Service (ServiceNet as Philips Priority Service’s owner). Since this subcontract company, Philips Priority Service, is out of business, no one can take care of my case. I am not alone. He has several similar cases. He wants me re-direct the complaint to Philips Priority Service. It is really ridiculous.
I bought the extension warranty from ElectronicsNation.com, not Philips Priority Service or ServiceNet, and ElectronicsNation.com does not fulfill the contract. I do not care whom ElectronicsNation.com subcontracts the service with. I paid ElectronicsNation.com the premium I need my service. ElectronicsNation.com is responsible for the contract. He should take care of his customers.
On the other hand, BBB also contacted the Philips Priority Service or ServiceNet. ServiceNet also requested me to fax the purchase receipt to them. Here is the response from Darienne with ServiceNet Consumer Relations Department.
“According to our records, the dealer who sold the service plan to the customer never submitted the sale details or dollars to us. We have contacted the dealer, Brain at www.electronicsnation.com, ***-***-****, and requested he make a full refund to the customer.” That never happens.
Besides, ElectronicsNation.com is still selling the same extension contracting the same company—ServiceNet, (http://www.electronicsnation.com/en/products/show_product/category/105 on its website.
From the research I have done on the web, I know that there is only one employee in ElectronicsNation, which is the owner Brain. He does not have any warehouse himself. He accepts the order and sends the order to other company (ServiceNet for example.). If there is anything wrong with your order, he does not have any control for this. Neither he is able to give you any kind of warranty for the product he sold. He has to re-direct your request to the contract company, which is ServiceNet. When you type “complain + ServiceNet” in Google, you would find many pages of complains for this company. Be careful if you buy any electronic products from ElectronicsNation. Don’t expect any service you can get from him. Good luck with your order.

"I purchased a Philips 32" LCD TV from Electronics Nation along with an extended warranty. I did receive the TV in functional condition, but never received the warranty information. I contacted the customer service department about the warranty, and was told they tried to contact me. I never received a call, or anything in the mail. They brushed me off, and said they could not refund the cost of the warranty which they they never delivered. Also, their site did not indicate that the TV was what is referred to as "B Grade" refurbished. My TV has someone’s social security number engraved on the top! I would suggest that you look elsewhere for your electronics needs, as these guys are just a little shady.

"This company's customer is service is first rate. You can't find more responsive and helpful customer service anywhere. Highly recommend A+++"
"No problems with the order, excellent customer service. The free shipping was wonderful, since the TV was so heavy."
"Good company. Got TV within a few weeks. Great deal on it."
"Hello everyone, I want to describe my horrible experience about buying a tv through this online store. ##For those who want the short story, don't buy from this site## It began on November 02, 2005 and still hasn't been resolved. First I bought a Philips widescreen 30PW8420 Television along with a 4 year extended warranty. I received the item on the 19th of November where I plugged it in and it worked for all of one day. The tv started to cut out and shut itself off.
So I contacted the 1-888-Philips number who tried to assist me quickly. They gave me a RS# and put me in touch with their closest authorized repair service. I called them and they said they couldn't pick up the TV until the last week of November. So I call again the first week of December and still nothing after about 7 calls they finally get my broken tv midway through December. So they try to repair and take forever. I have problems with the warranty through Philips and all I want is my TV or a refund. I try getting a refund and ElectronicsNation says they cannot. So I finally get my tv "repaired" and given back to me sometime in late January. I plug the TV in and it immediately shuts down repeatedly. So I contact the repair place again, and they get the TV again. I try and try to get a refund or a new TV, but nothing. I threaten to file a law suit which I am doing this week if I do not get my TV back. By the way I still do not have a TV. It is still getting "repaired".
I will NEVER buy any product through ElectronicsNation.com or anything that has to do with Philips, because they are just as much to blame. I do want to mention that Brian from Electronicsnation tried to seem nice, but overall is comepletely unhelpful. I hope that this review will save others from having the troubles that I did. If I were to do it again I would spend that little extra money for peace of mind. Thanks and good luck to all.

"I am extremely pleased with both the customer service and prices at electronicsnation.com. Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable with the purchase of our new 37"LCD HDTV. The price was right and the quality of the product and professionalism of the vendor are simply amazing. I would definitely buy from them again as well as recommend them to more people than I already have."
"Pleasant experience ordering a phillips 30" widescreen tv. :) Good customer service through email. When I submitted a question I got an answer very promptly within an hour or 2. Price was good(shipping included), shipping time was good, and product is spotless. What more can one ask for? Will buy from again. "
"I ordered a dvdr80 philips dvd recorder on september 19,2005 from electronicsnation, I have recieved no emails concerning the order, everytime I track the order I get, has not been shipped. I submitted inquires via email and their form at least 30 times with no response. There is no phone number to contact. I was however billed $129.00 on my credit card, which I paid. It is now November 8, and I still have not received a thing. If anyone has dealt with this company I would appreciate any way in which they contacted them. Please let me know. Update I did receive an email today November 9, claiming my other email address was blocking the email. I was refunded my money the matter was resolved."
"I had a positive experience with this online store.
I purchased a 30' Philips HDTV. The TV at the arrival was cracked on the case, so they offered a refund or a replacement immediately.
I got the second tv in good shape and working condition.
I highly recommend this company.

"One of the best on-line buying experiences ever. All questions were answered fully and honestly. The item looks brand new and the picture on this Philips LCOS TV is amazing. Shipping was fast and item arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely purchase from them again. Customer service like this is rare today and my thanks again to Brian and ElectronicsNation!"
