"This company advertised a speaker deal on Prime Day and as of 3 weeks later, the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. JUST NOW, they notified me there's a "supply chain issue" and that it will be another week before it will MAYBE delivered. They shouldn't sell things that they don't actually have. I could have bought this from another seller at an equivalent price and ACTUALLY received the item, but now I have to buy it from another seller at full price. Disappointed and will definitely never buy from them in the future. "
"They purchase warehouse services in the US, Canada, and EU however their company is located in China. Most of their products are either knockoffs, or refurbished US brands. Some are actually US brands, from US distributors, however you cannot tell which is which. They sell on Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, and will always try to undercut valid US and EU prices. They employ anti-competitive tactics, and (being located in China) good luck getting customer service or a return."

It came perfectly packaged in an outer box and the Denon inner box. There was not a mark on the box. The Denon is an upgrade from a 20 + year old Yamaha 5.1 receiver. I set up the Heos pairing to my network and also Alexa. It works very well when I remember how to get back to the network. I would not hesitate a moment on ordering again from

"I purchased an open-box pair of Klipsch RP-600M speakers from Electronics Expo via Amazon. They were listed as used - very good with a note that one of the speakers was scratched. I called EE to ask for more information about the damage and was told that the speaker in question actually had no scratches. I then pulled the trigger and purchased the speakers from the Amazon site. When they arrived I connected them to my amp to test them out and noticed one of the woofers was blown. Not wanting to return them for a refund due to the great price I opened a support ticket with Klipsch. Following up with the manufacturer I was told they would need to send out a replacement woofer for me to install. After speaking with EE customer service to explain the situation they offered me a generous refund for my troubles. Would definitely not hesitate to deal with this company again. Top notch service!"

"Bought a Pioneer Elite SC-81 from Electronics Expo through Rakuten/Buy.com. Price dropped at Best Buy a couple days later. I was well withing their price patch guarantee. Electronics Expo ignored a price match request email with screenshots I sent, Had to call them two days later and they ignored me telling them I already sent a price match request via email. Instead they looked up on the internet and found their own price online which was $30 cheaper than I paid. I was looking for a $127 difference to match Best Buy and save the hassle of RMAing it. I RMAed it at my expense. Still was cheaper net price at Best Buy by $70. Electronics Expo price match policy seems worthless unless it is just for a few dollars. In the future I will make sure to use a Credit Card that has price protection (just won't be at Electronics Expo)"

"I placed my order for a Samsung Television on Monday. I decided that I was going to call Electronics Expo myself after placing the order to add on installation services. It was very easy talking to them, and I gave them a time when they could catch me at home so I can be while they set up. Needless to say, it was a flawless transaction and the crew was super nice and super fast.
Ive given myself a few days to see if there were any hiccups in the installation of the TV itself, but I can safely say that all seems to be good.
Would definitely rely on them again for future purchases and/or installations."
"I originally ordered a 55" Panasonic Viera on November 25th through Amazon from Electronics Expo. The ENTIRE interaction with them has been disastrous, frustrating, and costly.
1. The TV failed to arrive on the day I had scheduled for delivery. Although I received an automatic confirmation AND a reminder, plus I had to take 4 hours off work to wait for it, I was notified that it was in Pennsylvania and not even in my state of Oregon.
2. The delivery again failed to come on the second scheduled day. I contacted Electronics Expo and only after demands and reminding them that they were past the delivery window time, did I get an after-hours delivery date (now 3 weeks after the purchase).
3. Although promising "white glove" treatment and inspection, after unpacking it, the TV never even turned on. WTF.
4. Now came the hassle of returning it. Once again, I had to call and email Electronics Expo several times and they told me to take another 4 hours off work to wait for pick-up. Yeah...no. It was only through talking to a claims manager did I get an after-hours pick-up again.
5. Several times during the return discussion, I was promised an immediate refund once the item was picked up and verified by their delivery service. FOUR WEEKS HAVE PASSED. No money has come back, no one replies to my emails, and I keep getting told when I call, "A manager will call you by the end of the day."
AVOID THIS MERCHANT AT ALL COSTS."

"Ordered a tivoli radio. It arrived and would not turn on. Arranged for a Rma, and they tell me they won't refund shipping. Called and complained, they indicate that shipping cannot be refunded under the policy, no matter whether product is defective or not.
Policy on this is vague at best, and a really bad practice. Avoid.

"This company made a mistake on their pricing. Because they made a mistake they cancelled my order. They didn't even call me to talk to me about it. They took my money then cancelled the order. I hope I get my money back. I called them and sent an e-mail, but no response. In their cancellation e-mail they blamed it on a "mechanical mistake" which was actually someone putting the wrong price on the website. Buyer beware."
