"This is a terrible company. Received a vape and was leaking from the day I got it. Tried everything they suggested but nothing stopped the leaking. They said they can't help and that there is no warranty on the products because there not the manufacturer. They offered me $5.00 off another purchase. I spend $58.00 for a useless vape and have to throw in garbage. Unbelievable how bad this is. IF this happens to you then Dispute charge on credit card and save there emails where they tell you no return or replacement and a $5 credit. Do not recommend as they send DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) PRODUCTS AND THEY DON'T CARE."
"I ordered a vape and juice from them after nearly 2 weeks I finally received my order. My vape stopped working after 2 weeks. I returned and opted for store credit as I was just going to order a different one (I can't drive due to health issues) when I still had not received a store credit after over a week I got my neighbor to just go get one locally. Since store credit was opted for I placed a order for coils and juice to use that up, but to my surprise my tracking number never updated. I contacted them and they would refund the new money but store credit had to go back that way.
My mail carriers where I was living at the time are no better than this company, so I said fine give me a store credit. I will place this order and never use your company again (I know bad choice).
I placed a new order and we are now at over a month no package, no updated tracking nothing. So now I get to go to my bank and dispute not 1 but all charges from them because they don't actually send your packages after the first order. I do not recommend you waste your time or money even looking at their site. "

"They don't tell you until AFTER you place an order that if you live outside the western US, that your order could take 2+ weeks to arrive. It's been nearly 30 days since I placed my order and I still don't have it. I'm not sure why they feel the need to ship via cross-country truck and last-mile delivery services when the rest of the ecommerce universe uses UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All 3 of those shipping companies offer adult signature services, which complies with all federal, state, and local laws as it pertains to the distribution of nicotine. Heck, I could have driven across the country to pick up my order twice in the time this took. Furthermore, when you contact their customer support, you get generic, canned, uninterested, and completely indifferent responses. I've talked to walls who were willing to do more to resolve issues than their support staff expressed. I will never do business with Element Vape again and caution everyone to find another company to work with if you ever want to receive your product or get any level of support.

"Writing this on 8/4/22. Placed an order for a new vape and juice on 6/23/22. After multiple email correspondences, they finally after 43 days decided to accept my claim and recognize my package was somehow lost. Fortunately I paid the extra $1.49 or so for the shipping protection bc apparently if I hadn't, they would deny any liability/responsibility for the lost items (that in itself is just awful btw). Since at this point I'd already waited 2x the maximum delivery time to allot for per their website and emails (21-25 days due to covid and that I'm on the east coast). Given the lengthy delay and back and forth emails for almost a month with the outcome being my package was indeed lost in transit, I requested yet again they send out a new order via express shipping. A more than reasonable request all things considered IMO. After all, I placed this order to save money and improve my health (i.e. stop buying/smoking newports). Instead, 6 weeks later, I've spent who even knows how much more on cigarettes while patiently waiting on my vape and juice. However, they not only denied my request to send out a replacement order, but they also told me they were going to issue a refund using PayPal and so I needed to send them my PayPal account name. Uhh why?? I'm not setting up a brand new account to receive funds in a way that I'm not comfortable with. Oh and I'm 99% sure there are still fees associated with using PayPal. So no thanks. I paid using a credit card, so I expect my refund to go back on the card. They even had the audacity to tell me I could use the PayPal credit to repurchase the items online. Do they honestly think after this nightmare I would EVER order from them again?!
Currently I'm waiting for a response to my response stating that I do not want a PayPal refund, and instead, I want it issued to my card or I will just dispute the charges. If they give me a hard time about refunding me the same way I paid then I will add the update to my reviews. "
