"Horrible customer service. They overcharged me for a diagnostic fee for my appliances and precharged me for parts. We called them repeatedly to follow up on the repair and three weeks later they finally told is they couldn't get ANY of the parts and couldn't fix either of our three appliances. Complete waste of money. I contacted the manufacturers myself and have ordered the parts. Read other reviews on this company before you book. On every other site they're predominantly negative but here they're spotless. Don't waste your time or money here. "
