"My vehicle was at Elk Grove Toyota for almost two months for complicated reasons for a repair. When I got my vehicle back there was a layer of dust on the entire interior of the vehicle. There was greasy fingerprints on my blinders. The worst was that my vehicle now has multiple scratches on the paint along the driver's side doors. On the edge of the driver's side door, there is a paint chip as it something hit the edge of that door when it was opened. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a few smudge marks on that driver's side door but I was able to rub it off with my fingers. My service advisor was there and saw me doing so. I should have been more diligent in checking the paint at that time but I was not. When I got home and was washing the vehicle I saw the scratches and paint chip. I would like to ask Elk Grove Toyota to respect their customers' properties and not do this to another customer. If it was an accident, they should have let me know. This incident have taught me and my wife that we should not do business with Elk Grove Toyota anymore and that is why afterwards we chose Toyota Town in Stockton to purchase our 4runner instead of going to Elk Grove Toyota. Me and my family will no longer consider Elk Grove Toyota for any services because this is the second time we had similar issues with our vehicle being service at Elk Grove Toyota."
