"Difficult online renewal process. Received online notice that I needed to renew my subscription. Link does not automatically to go Radiologic Clinics of North America. Must find correct journal. Then could not complete order until I went back and logged on several times. Called Elsevier. Waited through message to find correct department. Then transferred to online support. Helpful but I finally figured it out myself. Understand that they are going to redesign their website. They haven't quite completed this process for some reason. Always a challenge to deal with this company. I used to receive two copies of this journal then called several times and received no copies then called again and received one copy usually shipped to wrong address. Sometimes arrives damaged. Need to get their act together. Good journal when it does arrive."
