"I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band for my fiancee from Emma Parker & Co after searching online for months. Tim was great to work with. He responded quickly and professionally, and he was even willing to keep me updated on the status of the rings. My fiancee absolutely loved them. They were exactly what she had wanted. She wore the engagement ring all day, everyday, and two micro-diamonds ended up falling out. Again, Tim helped us to get the prongs fixed, to replace the missing diamonds, and to reset the center diamond. "I found Emma Parker & Co. during a search for ring settings after I couldn't find anything I liked in the local jewelry stores. When I requested information about a particular setting from the company’s website, I expected to receive a reply in a couple of days. Imagine my surprise when I received a reply within couple of hours! Tim was fabulous about answering all my questions. He worked with me to come up with a custom design that was absolutely perfect. I am very picky and detail oriented and Tim was so patient with me during the design process, always responding to emails quickly. I was using my own diamond for the center stone and when I couldn't find anyone local who was willing to mount my stone in the new setting, Tim offered to set the stone for me at no charge.
