They were pressing the manufacturer for an availability date. Again, a few more days later, I got notice that the item was discontinued. I followed later with a telephone call and was advised that the items were out of stock. The representative stated that two emails were sent, but none were received by me. "Had to track my product and found that FedEx showed that it was delivered. Called FedEx and they explained that it was delivered but not to my address. They say the address on the package did not match mine. I called Energy Conscious and they told me the same thing that the address I provided for mailing was correct and that is where it was shipped. I explained that they needed to call FedEx and they would provide the address where they shipped it. FedEx would not provide me with that address. This communication was the morning of 4/28 and the rep said he would look into and call me back. I have not heard back and still do not have my product. The customer is wanting this installed and I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible, Thank you, Tommy"

Delivery company was a little slow, but that's freight for you. Luckily we weren't in a big rush. The unit is excellent, though, and that's what matters in the end.
