"Granted the model of the mower I ordered was discontinued - I was told three separate times that my purchase had been shipped and I would be receiving tracking number. I was told this on three separate days by two different people and the mower was never shipped and I never received a tracking number and I ultimately cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I would have appreciated some honesty."

FedEx spoiled a very pleasant experience ordering from your company. Try the men in brown (UPS), or the US Postal Service next time. I know the next time I order anything on online I will be making a request for that FedEx not be used."
