"I just saved over $15 ($102 order) over what I would have spent if I bought from Pro-Clips directly. I haven't received the items yet, as I have just bought them, but USPS Priority mail means quicker shipping than what Pro-clips offers as well. Oh, and shipping was cheaper.
The downside is, they don't carry everything that pro-clips makes.

"Some of the products I ordered did not work together, there was a back order, and I had some doubt to the professionalism of the company as a whole. Got an email the same day about a back order that had occurred. As soon as I got that email I called the customer service number. Christian picked up and quickly assessed my situation. Not only did he get me what I needed at a CHEAPER PRICE. He even one upped it and sent it on an express delivery, no charge, to make up for the lost day or two. Now thats what I call accuracy, great customer service, and overall tremendous experience! Seriously....You're Awesome Christian. THANK YOU!!!"

"Ordered item on July 24th and realized I didn't need it. So I immediately asked for an RMA # via email. Received it a couple of days later. Returned item and delivery was confirmed on July 31st. After not receiving a credit to my credit card as of early September, I emailed an inquiry. I received a response a few days later that they would look into it. Never heard anything back and emailed them again a little over two weeks later. No reply after two days, so I called and then was told that they didn't know what had happened and that a refund would be issued. It should not have taken 2 emails and a phone call to get a credit that should have been automatic. "

"Good price, but couldn't tell from the website whether a stereo aux adapter I wanted was in-stock. Called and Christian quickly answered (someone actually answering calls is a big plus in my book -- in case something goes wrong with the order). Chose cheapest shipping, received 4 days later. "flawless transaction. ordered a bmw ipod integration kit on monday … immediately received an email confirmation with a the po number … four hours later i received the shipping notification with a fedex tracking link … package arrived on friday. they also have the best price available anywhere."

"Terrific Experience! Christian is very knowledgable and easy to work with and and suggested an alternative that saved me money and worked great! I'd definitely recommend him to anyone, and will buy from him again.

"Had to contact them to find out when item would ship, was told item would ship on Jan 31, contacted them again on Feb 8, was told item was backordered and would ship Feb 16, had to contact them again on Feb 28 and they finally decided to ship the order. Contacted the supplier and they said it was never on backorder. Apparnetly they forgot to fill my order! 30 days is a long time when the website CLEARLY states items ship in 1 to 2 days."

"One of the worst online buying experiences I have ever had...no joke. Two weeks to get my order and I had to call several times to just get a tracking number.

Once item received I requested an RMA for warranty of one of the items and it took them another week just to get that to. A week to give me an RMA...totally unacceptable!

Prices are good but you get what you pay for.

"I could not find a Blitzsafe Honda M-link iPod adapter on other sites (took order but couldn't deliver) then I found this store and it was even $10 cheaper. They went way out of their way and during a pickup at the manufacture had the proper unit made for me. This was late Tuesday afternoon and I needed it in hand that Friday. They packed and shipped it and it arrived at my door at 10am Friday! What great service and dedication from all involved to complete an order and help a 1st time customer! This is Customer Service At It's Best!!! Thanks!

"Well it was the best price available. I purchased a blitzsafe part and payed 13 dollars for shipping. Afterwords i was told that it wouldn't ship for 2 weeks. Then i got an email saying it would ship in one week. It would be helpfull if they would send an update that states when it is scheduled to send out. Maybe even cut back on the 2 day shipping i payed for since instead its gonna take 2 weeks. Good at responding to emails but i dont think they did enough to help. "

"I heard about Enfig via VWVortex.com, called first to make sure I was looking at the right thing, then placed an online order. Less than two hours later, I had a confirmation email complete with UPS tracking number. Two days later, I had my order in hand.
