When checking the status of my order nine days later, it still had not shipped. Emailed engineersupply and got a prompt reply that the mats are cut to order and the manufacturer was awaiting a shipment on the master roll to begin production on the cut sheets and that my order would be ready to be shipped on about the 10th. Today is the 11th and no email indicating if it has shipped yet.

If that's the case with this product, then that information needs to be included in the product's description on the website. "
