"This was the worst experience I’ve had with a Tool provider I contacted the store after one week when the product was not shipped the operator told me she would return my call and get the status of the products I never heard from her.
I then contacted the store two days later I was then told the product will not be available for 2 1/2 weeks at which time I canceled the product. I found the same exact product online from Grainger tool supply at the same price and had the tool the next day

"I ordered a transit package. When it came, either the transit threads and or he threads on the tripod were defective in that they could not be threaded together. I called and a second transit was sent to me. It had the same problem. I informed Engineersupply that I wanted to send both back and that I was done. I was told that I would get a call from a "technician" who did call me and began to tell me how to thread two pieces together. He went on for a while when i told him that I had been an engineer all of my life, that I had designed and machined parts and that these parts were defective. He then became arrogant and asked' "Well as an engineer how would you explain that two traits and tripods could be defective?" "Try assuming that the manufacturing process in China is defective", I responded.
Your agent then sent me an email telling me that He reported that I would not discuss it with him, and that I would have to pay a restocking fee if the transits were not defective. You have my email response to that. Since then, your gent Amy told me that they have had other customers complain about the same defect that I describe. so the lessons: 1.) Do not assume that your customer is an idiot and 2.) retrain or fire the arrogant idiot that lectured me instead of listening. I am still awaiting a refund to my credit account!"
