The guy who delivered it was super crabby and didn't bring it into our department, despite the fact that we asked for inside delivery. I purchased a SitePro LL2P laser from EngineerSupply that did not work, was missing the 360 leveling base, and the viewing glasses were broken. The internal packaging was inadequate and poorly done.
I spoke with a customer representative who assured me that I would receive a return authorization and would expedite the shipment of a new (functioning) device that included all the accessories. To date (waiting for three days), I've received no further communication and no RA. Furthermore, I completed the online return form and other than an automated email response, I've yet to get a "human" response.
I'm sorely disappointed with EngineeringSupply, and unless they resolve this problem quickly and professionally, I could not and will not recommend them to my industry colleagues. Update regarding resolution is forthcoming..."
