"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are selling and misrepresenting refurbished merchandise as new. We purchased an MFP printer, CF116A, advertised as new. Once we received we realized that the MFP wasn't fax ready. Went online and ordered the fax card as advertised. Tried to install the card but quickly realized that we were missing parts either in the printer or with the fax card. Tried calling sales but no one would help. We called HP and we were informed that the printer we purchased was refurbished. We contacted Enter Computers and they denied and said HP was wrong and they (HP) make this mistake all the time. After going back and forth with customer service we checked the label on the printer and noticed that the last digit of the product number had been scratched off, so only CF116A was appearing. We then checked the box the printer came in and found the same thing on that label. The spot where the last digit would be, "R" for refurbished, had been scratched off. It's very clear that the last digit was scratched off as the number isn't right justified. We happen to have a bar code reader in our office so we scanned the bar code, CF116AR came up on the screen.

If we hadn't had the problem with the fax card we would never have realized that this was a refurbished product.

"I was very pleased with my Enter Computers experience. I chose this vendor after my regular channels were backordered on a product I needed. Not only did they have the item in stock, it was also about 4% less expensive!

I did call the company before purchase as I had twice previously ordered the same part from other vendors who claimed it was in stock but the balked after the order was placed. When I called Enter, I spoke with a real person about the product inquiry in less than 1 minute and had an accurate answer in less than 5 minutes.

I appreciated the free ground shipping. Anytime I get free shipping it's a good thing! I was also glad that they used signature required delivery: some other vendors are allowing drop shipment even of very expensive computer parts but this is a real problem for me. Not only that, but I got Saturday delivery at no extra charge! Had the product in my hand almost exactly 4 days after completing the order. That's pretty good for ground service to a non-metro area in the Midwest.

The product arrived in original factory boxes inside a box prepared by Enter. Additional shipping material was not added (but perhaps should have been to fill out the exterior box) and the Enter box did show some minor damage on one side, but the interior (original) boxes and the items were not damaged.

Overall, I was pleased with this vendor and this experience. I have long-established relationships with other vendors, but I will add Enter Computers to my compare list from now on."
