"I ordered 4 of an action figure from Entertainment Earth hoping to receive 2 mint boxes. The figures were packed in a box that was entirely too small for shipping and with barely any packing material. The box was delivered smashed accordion style. Squished so badly that the plastic windows on the figures boxes are cracked. I contacted them, even sent pictures and they still refuse to refund me, telling me that my refund request was denied. Entertainment Earth is taking no responsibility for the terrible packing in that small box or the damage inflicted during transit. BEWARE, Crooked co."

"I have been trying to get a replacement for a pop that game damage for over a week, I have called left messages with my name and phone number and the problem. No one has called me from costumer service or email me, also have put a claim on their website for a return RMA # and to get a replacement still nothing. Finally yesterday I got a hold of someone on there phone, which was useless because he said he couldn't help because I was issue a rep an it wasn't him, that I had to wait until my rep calls me.I was so mad told him to cancel the rest of order, waiting for call."
