"I have never dealt with such incompetent people! I placed an order on 9/18 with 4-8 day shipping. When I noticed that a week later (9/25) it was still at the warehouse, I called to check on it. The guy on the phone told me whoever was processing the order never completed it and that he would make sure the order was shipped by the end of the day and that it would arrive by 9/27. Well, here I am on 9/27 calling back to check on my order that is still at the warehouse! The guy on the phone told me I could not cancel my order, so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager said he would cancel the order and was completely unapologetic! I will never order from this company again! I placed my order in enough time so that my dogs would have their supplements before they ran out, so now they will be in pain until I can find them somewhere else. My friend has actually had the same problem with her order not being processed completely with this company."

"I placed a first-time order for several items exactly a week ago. My credit card was charged the next day. The next day, I received an e-mail that 2 items were back-ordered. Why that didn't show up on their website BEFORE I placed the order, I don't know. Anyway, I assumed they would ship the in-stock items immediately, then ship the back-ordered items as they became available. We have a new dog, so wanted the items ASAP. I chatted online to confirm, and they said, "Oh, if that's what you want, we can do that". Didn't sound like that was their plan. They were going to hold up the entire order until ALL the items were in stock! Well, I went to check on the status 3 business days later, and the in-stock items STILL had not shipped, so I chatted online again. The agent finally stated the in-stock items would ship out the next day, and the backordered items would ship separately for no additional shipping fee. So I checked the status 2 days later, and STILL no movement. My items are still in the warehouse. I followed up with a phone call today. The attendant called the warehouse and told them to go ahead and ship the in stock items, and promised they would be shipped today. Guess what, it is almost midnight EDT, and the order status still shows my in-stock items IN THE WAREHOUSE! I called and left a message for a supervisor to call me back. This is getting ridiculous. I will update when this is finally resolved.
------ Update 9/29/13 -----------
After speaking to someone by phone Friday, 9/27/13, and expressing my displeasure for this inconvenience, I got them to agree to overnight the items to me, and I received the in-stock items yesterday (Saturday)! Updated star rating to 2 stars. I still had to go through a lot of hassle to receive my items! I hope my backordered items are not too far behind."
